We have two ragdolls and took them here bathing and grooming around every 6 months. Ironmaya used to have the good services but this time I found my cat lose hair severely and even had a bald patch on her neck where she can't reach by her own. Meanwhile she became really quite and hid in the corner when she got back home. All these symptoms never happened before, and I don't believe any excuse other than they didn't treat my cat properly. I have no idea what she's been through, and I WON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!The liveliest stuffed animal in the family went home and hid in a corner after taking a bath. It is now the third day and he still has a bad appetite. He is losing hair severely and has a bald spot on the back of his neck. This phenomenon cannot be explained by any physical problems of the cat itself. , because I have kept her for three years and these phenomena have never happened. Pet lovers should avoid lightning. This store does not always do this, but there is a chance that this situation will happen to your pet.

First time for our puppy and they did a great job. We checked his nails and they weren’t cut too short, he smells amazing, and his fur is so soft. He looks just like the reference photo we showed them when we dropped him off. We’ll be coming back for regular grooming sessions.

I am writing to share my recent experience at your pet grooming establishment, which was both concerning and disappointing. While I found the grooming services for my pet to be satisfactory, the level of professionalism and customer service at the front desk was lacking.Upon entering the shop, I was met with a lack of enthusiasm and attentiveness from the front desk staff. This created an unwelcoming atmosphere and made me question the presence of a manager or supervisor. Additionally, I noticed a strong and unpleasant odor on the staff member, which I believe was inappropriate for a professional setting. This not only affected my experience negatively but also raised concerns about the overall environment of your establishment.

I took my 3 cats (Kelly, Loki, and Milky) to Ironmaya today getting groomed. Kelly couldn't get bathed because she was super nervous last time and didn't behave safely for the staff to work on her. So instead, she's getting a nice shave with me by her side. The lady at the front desk was very nice and patient, carefully shaved most part of Kelly until it was taken over by another staff. Luckily this time Kelly behaved pretty well (although she did got annoyed at the end so we decided to stop where we were and called it a day lol). Milky was also very nervous at the store, and at a time ran away from the cage and hid under the front desk. Three staffs worked together and broke a sweat to pull him out of there eventually. Loki on the other hand was the best among all. For the most part Ironmaya is a great place to get your pet groomed. Staffs are professional, nice and most importantly cared for the pets. But I think it would be nice to have a dedicated area just for the cat grooming. Cats are easily getting scared at unfamiliar environment especially around barking dogs, sometime they act aggressive as being groomed which could potentially hurt the staff. It's sure not an easy job.

First time customer- I'm very satisfied with the staff at Ironmaya DB! They really care about the pets that come in and do their best at their jobs. Sam was very helpful, hospitable, and responsive to inquiries. I can also tell they work very hard at taking care of their Mandarin-speaking customers. The price was very reasonable given a 3-hour full grooming. I definitely felt the value in price for the care and attention my dog received. Although she was very nervous in the beginning, Happy enjoyed her first groom and will hopefully be back for more!

i took both of my dogs here to get groomed and they did an amazing job they're both part husky so they sheds a ton, but this place was able to handle all of their fur and give them an amazing bath + deshedding.

Terrible place to get a cat groomed. The place was filled with barking dogs, which is stressful to a cat. I dropped off my cat to get a basic lion cut to help with his matted hair and said "it's only important that he gets his hair cut, I don't need anything else." They ignored my instructions, cut his nails, gave him half a haircut, then called me to have me pick him up because he was stressed and breathing hard. They suggested I drug my cat with tranquilizers if I want to come back to finish the job. His hair is a complete mess and he's stressed. They didn't clean him up before giving him back, chunks of fur are still falling off. I've never experienced anything like this. What a disaster.

I've been to many groomers for the lionmane cut for my pomeranian and this place is the only place that has got it exactly how I want it! I mean perfect! My Tootsie looks like a little black lion and she gets so many compliments. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Issac

Thank you for playing with me and taking care of my long nails! we have been grinding the nails at home but her pinky nail went a little too long. Thank you Ironmaya for speedy and quick nail trimming. Always recommend visiting Ironmaya for pet grooming.

Had a word of mouth recommendation for this groomer and was not disappointed! First grooming for a new rescue dog and she was well taken care of! While she was nervous just because of the new experience, the groomers were very good with her and she settled in. I appreciate their compassion as well as their work!
