“I can fully recommend the hotel, however I deducted 1 star as there are a few minor things to mention. The pool really needs some renovation. The botton of the pool was not looking clean and some of the chairs around the pool had damaged pillows. The breakfast was great, again some of the seats had some damage and the curtains where dirty. All not a big issue, but not worth 5 stars. Pricing is in general a bit to high for US hotels, this one is no exception to that.”

“This location is so pretty. There’s lush green grass for the pet owners to utilize. The staff is great, the young men at the front desk are accommodating and helpful. The property is well manicured and clean. The other people staying are kind. No problems. The room I chose is a bit smaller than expected and there wasn’t enough counter space and no mini fridge, and no big comfy chair. However they are clean and affordable. And the pool is very clean!

“I was skeptical at first because of a few bad reviews. But there were many more good reviews and the price was great so I took a chance. So glad I did because the room was great!!! The area is clean beautiful grounds .
I assume the few negative reviews was from the minor carpet updates in the hallway that are due. Also some minor furniture and the TV was a flat screen but not “Smart”.
But overall I was happy no bugs, no rodents, clean room , clean building, very friendly staff. I will definitely stay here again!!!

Great location, walking distance to an A line train that has stops in Pasadena, Los Angeles, and Long Beach. You can transfer to trains going to Hollywood, Universal Studios, and Santa Monica.
It's just a few miles from Eaton Canyon, a nice place to hike. There is a waterfall you can see in the spring and early summer. The A line train to Azusa has a stop near the Santa Fe damn recreation area.
Nearby activities: The Los Angeles County Arboretum.
Walkability: Walk to A line, and In-N-Out.”
