Was very pleased with this hotel. Room was quiet and clean. Felt safe. Breakfast was different each of the 3 mornings I was there. Service was soso but that didn't bother me. Located near restaurants etc.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Because of the rain, instead of 3 days we stopped at 2 - we shouldn’t have, but we returned the money for the remaining time, for which we thank you very much!

The pool does not open before 11am. Water is cold. When I called the room service, I was kept on hold for 10 minutes!

I have been staying at various Hilton Hotels during the last 10 years and am extremely happy with the accommodations and the fact that they provide complimentary breakfast! And are so quick to respond and resolve any issues even if minor! I highly recommend becoming a Hilton Honors Member as you get free nights of stay.

We went to a concert at the Rosebowl. Decided to stay here for the weekend. Not far from the Rosebowl and Pasadena. Plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area.The room was nice it had 2 queen beds, a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The beds are a little hard in my opinion. Plenty of parking that is included also. Breakfast is included with the usuals things like, hot & cold cereal, yogurt, bananas, muffins, bread & bagels and waffle maker. The coffee is not bad either.We would stay here again if in the area.

We stayed after the Coldplay concert. I called the front desk at 8:00 pm noting we would be checking in late at approx 12:00 am. We arrived at 11:45, got our room keys, only to find out they did not work. The nice older gentleman with a cane came up and down 3x trying to understand why we could not access the room. He even knocked at the door wondering if anyone was occupying it Like how would your system not show that? He finally gave us a new room, at 12:20am. The room had several faults. The shower handle was broken! The clock was set 1 hour ahead. And the window had no screen so no way to have that open! Plus talk about a safety hazard! The breakfast in the am was packed with not enough food or seating. And finally, there was a homeless lady sleeping on the seating area bench outside the hotel doors!

Absolutely great location. Complete access to everything Pasadena. Hotel is in great shape, well maintained, very clean. You will NOT get a complimentary bag w/water if you are not Hilton Diamond. Which at many other Hampton locations all Honors Members get the complimentary water bag. Breakfast was ok, not great.Rooms: Very clean, well kept and comfortable.Nearby activities: Lots of restaurants, shopping. Access to interstate is very close. 11 to 15 min to downtown Pasadena.Walkability: Almost all restaurants near the hotel are in walkable distanceFood & drinks: +30 restaurants near hotel

I am often sent to LA for work. I always opt to stay here, even if I might be headed to Long Beach, or downtown, or Anaheim, etc... for the day. The staff are lovely, the location is quiet and very safe with convienent areas around for food and good freeway connections. The rooms could be 5/5 if they were a updated to meet the standard of the newer Hampton Inns I've been to in other parts of California. I've been here for one-night visits, and more recently for a 5-night stay.Rooms: Could do with some updating, but adequate and comfortableNearby activities: Lots of parks and shopping, walking distance to the racetrackSafety: I feel comfortable walking around here and parking my car overnightWalkability: Everything is close-by.Food & drinks: The area around the hotel has a lot of options for food and drinksNoteworthy details: The staff make it for me. House keepers ARE thieves!!!! I caught a young very thin medium height girl coming out of room when we had a sign do not disturb! Our medications were all stolen that we had neatly on desk!!! My New Arcadia sweater I purchased size medium with $75.00 tags for gift for my sick nephew was gone to with Macy bag! I was furious asked the lady what was the housekeeper doing inside when it says sleeping she said No abla English I told her in Spanish why was that young girl inside our hotel room when a sign is on the door Sleeping Spanish lady said she knocked few times swiped the key! She said she rather not get involved! All hotels Housekeepers are thieves period! We checked out immediately!Never ever again staying there! Word of mouth is like fire words spread protect your items keep them in the rental car!!!

Terrible customer service. A very dated hotel. Long story about the gross smell of dog urine in one room. As one other review mentioned, this is Hampton Hell. Customer service at the front desk shouldn't have been so bad but it was.
