Great store. I am so happy a Grocery Outlet opened up down my street. We go here multiple times a week. We have saved so much money. Last Thanksgiving, I wanted to make green bean casserole. I went across the street to Albertson's to pick up crispy fried onions and thought, since I was already there, to grab the 3-4 cans of green beans. I couldn't believe that they were almost $3 a can for the generic brand. I drove across the street, and the name-brand green bean cans here were 59 cents each. Besides the trip to Albertsons for the crispy fried onions, my husband and I haven't stepped foot in a "regular" grocery store in almost two years. The staff here is very friendly and will help you if you can't find something. My only frustration is not everything has a price tag, so I often have to go to the front as I shop to get a price check.

Violation of Privacy: This Grocery Outlet deserves a Zero (first of all it's like a ghost town with one cashier, they don't have appropriate coverage)No sooner did i walk in trying to find a way through when the cashier tells me that i would have to take my scooter outside AND that i would have to leave my backpack with her. LOL NOT in this LIFETIME!!! They can KEEP their groceries...So they want me to hand over my backpack (with all my personal belongings) to a complete stranger i just met and trust them with it? Next i should go through my backpack, get everything i don't trust them with, put those things in a bag and then go in and shop?? It's the stupidity of the whole thing that's insulting, they profiled me. Im suppose to think that's normal, that it's Ok. Of course not! That is poor, horrible treatment of ANY customer. I will never shop at a Grocery Outlet ever again, id rather continue giving my business to Walmart ((or any other market for that matter)) that lets me shop with my scooter and in peace, which they do.

This place has the best deals ever! Grab a cart- our first mistake was grabbing a basket to carry instead of a cart, haha! Amazing deals and savings and fresh produce with the lowest prices! Plenty of selection for vegetarians, vegans, omnivores, and everyone! My absolute favorite grocery store ever since I moved to Monrovia! So happy I found this place ? the staff is so friendly and cheery, and incredibly helpful. I love it! Never too crowded, either; and great variety in the liquor department with tons of wines, beers, liquors, and everything in between ;)
Plenty variety of products, from fresh produce to household goods & supplies - all with very reasonable pricing. Good for shopping on a budget

Was very quiet when I had to do a quick drop by. Sort of feels like a smart and final but not? There was only 1 cashier, but not too friendly. No greetings no smiles.. just seemed like she wanted you in and out..

Did not like the customer service the manager give me I tried to return items that were spoil without a receipt, and he gave me a hardtime, I might as well go to the regular store I expect quality.

Store manager "Habi" needs to work on his customer service skills. This is my primary grocery store, and I spend a lot of money here. It's disappointing that Habi gave me a hard time over a $1.99 return. I value quality customer service and I won't be returning.

I've been to many market's but this one here is over priced for not having the usual choice's all other market's have! The people who work there treated me like I was from outer space or something,.. I know Stitch is pretty famous right now but C'mon now! I asked for a market basket like all market's have in the front, and that's all they told me " They're in the front",.. well I had just come from there and they're all chained up,.. I needed to get 2 big bags of ice and drinks and the worker hands me a little Red hand carry basket,... And I'm supposed to do what with that!????? Funny but not so funny,.. also rude af!!!! Now I Know why there's not that many shopper's there! If you don't believe me try it for yourself,.. at check out I had to go look for a cart outside to carry the ice and stuff to my car!!!! Not good customer service!
