Worst customer service performance in the nation I’ve ever experienced early 8AM in the morning by front desk clerk Azaliah Laday.
Azaliah denied entrance to facilty to a Platinum active member,reason for member not having updated active photo on profile.Member had active identification and personal information to verify account holder status of platinum membership.

They have a hot tub/spa in the back of the locker rooms and it's been unavailable or broken for years. Paying my membership for amenities that INCLUDES the hot tub, but I'm going to cancel because they lied and scammed to us!

SCAMMERS!!! Purposely made a duplicate account and charged me even after I cancelled my membership. The abc fitness system they use to manage their membership is making unauthorized charges. They make cancelling membership the most difficult thing ever. The front desk people are of NO HELP.

Deserves zero stars, cancelleation is nearly impossible, i signed my wife and i up as a surprise gift and she ended up wanting LA fitness instead, tried multiple times to cancel before the first month was over(we NEVER used the facilities once). Now they are demanding we pay $500 to cancel something we never used and will not stop calling us. Getting ready to prusue legal action if this doesn't stop.SIGN UP FOR LA FITNESS! YOU WILL BE TREATED BETTER AND PAY 1/4 AS MUCH!

This review is for the GGX Cycle class. I used to go to a local gym but they got rid of the spin classes so when I saw my previous instructor was teaching here, I used classpass to attend the class. The class reminded me how I used to be so much stronger (and lighter LOL). Music was good, cueing was great and the vibe in the class was welcoming.
If instructor Soli had morning classes, I would go more! Unfortunately, her 6pm sched doesn't work for my schedule at the moment.

This place is great. So much better than LA Fitness but then you have dummies like this who have no etiquette.
Was trying to post a video, but to describe it, these 2 girls made up their own TaiBo class and hooked themselves up to the sound system so they were BLASTING their music and their laptop with instruction video.
So annoying especially because Golds Gym is based on weeding out inconsideration like this.

Total scammer! The worst membership cancellation experience ever, you can easily pay to get membership but when you have to cancel they will hand you to a third company which is oversea with very poor phone signal and barely understandable English customer service. This cause you have to make multiple phone calls to u”successfully communicate , such a frustration!
Not only they intentionally to make this process extremely difficult, they also scam your money! I called the third company got cancel 1 year ago and now I found they’ve been charging me for this whole year, they refuse to do anything to it I end up have to let my bank to dispute the monthly payment!
I’ve had gym membership with 24hours, equinox, LA FITNESS, and gold’s gym is the only one that make me feel so regret to spend my money on such indecent company .

Nice staff, but turn off the cinema screen 30 minutes prior to closing. The cenima is the reason why I've purchased numerous membership at golds.
There was no one at the front desk, and I called prior to the arrival of the situation. Not happ, couldn't even work out.
My treadmill was taken by the time a staff member insisted on turning the screen back on.
It would be curtious to turn off the screen at 9:55pm, not 9:30pm. Unless you have it in writing, keep the cenima on during operating hours.

I was discriminated by the staff. Eddie was especially confrontational (don’t think he realizes he’s in customer service), really made me feel uncomfortable and is very rude.

this gym gets more dirty, dust is everywhere. Not as good as a few(3) years ago. 5AM body pump class on Thur is canceled. =(

Nicer than 24 hour fitness, on the weekends should be open longer! other than that one of the cleanest gym I have been to - and the staff say hi all the time!

This gym is ok. The people who work here have been friendly. Issues I have are:1) broken equipment: inconvenient, but there are enough machines to use another.2) age limit: I signed up for the passport plus so i can bring my son, but they won't let him in unless 18+. He can sign up for membership 15+ but not as a guest.3)
parking: This location is at a popular mall. If you workout during off hours, no problem. If you go during busy time at the mall, no good.The one thing I did really like about this location, I feel the equipment is clean. Cleanliness was a 5 star for me.I just signed up, but now looking for a gym that addresses these issues, especially the age limit...that was the nail in the coffin. Good thing it's month to month.

Girl at the front desk was passive aggressive and didn’t let me use my 7 day trial. Made me waited for 10 mins just so the next shift can help me. And of course the next shift never came and I left in frustration. This is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had and I’ll probably never use golds gym anywhere again.
