This Gold's Gym is very nice. They have good classes and I love the cinema they have. Miranda is a great trainer! I wish they had a pool at this location.

I absolutely loved my first time experience with Gold Gym in Arcadia CA. I’m beyond grateful that your company (Gold Gym) came to my work place to share all the benefits that are offered through your company. I appreciate the helpful advice, support and suggestions. Good facility, clean. Price is just a bit too much compared to other gyms around the area. Also other gyms have better hours of operations with lower costs.

Decent amount of equipment spread out evenly. Dead in the morning at 5am. Super disappointed with bathrooms. I arrived at 5am and found the restrooms dirty. Unacceptable especially since it’s not open 24/7. Equipment is also dated. Needs a refresh and to be cleaned. Won’t be returning. Good luck. No one had used the restroom and this was from the night before…

Horrible gym horrible staff, the staff breaks all kinds of harassment HIPPA and OSHA laws and policies they are supposed to follow the staff at this location needs to be investigated and fired from the front desk staff to the cleaning/maintenance crew.. I was singled out and disrespected and not treated as a paying member and adult ...I still haven't gotten a revoke membership email and my money back like the regional manager told me after our heated conversation that he completely disrespected me in as if I was his child I'm a 37 yr old adult who stands up for myself I don't let anyone bully me staff or no staff, their staff also sent people to antagonize me on the gym floor during my workouts. Like I said the staff needs to be investigated and fired ...

Worst customer service performance in the nation I’ve ever experienced early 8AM in the morning by front desk clerk Azaliah Laday.
Azaliah denied entrance to facilty to a Platinum active member,reason for member not having updated active photo on profile.Member had active identification and personal information to verify account holder status of platinum membership.
