I found Go Gadget on google when my dads phone screen wasn’t working, they were able to fix it the very same day at a very good price. My dad has been back three other times for other reasons. They are very nice people, very funny and inviting. If I ever need to have my own phone fixed I know where to go.

Went in to get my phone repaired but their prices are EXTREMELY high for a screen repair. I have an iPhone XR that needed a screen replacement and it costs 120 to fix it here. I previously went to iRepair (not ireland, autocorrect!) in San Gabriel 2 weeks ago and was only charged 60 for a screen repair. (I dropped my phone again). I only went here because I work a block away and thought it was more convenient.
TL;DR: prices high; go to iRepair for a better deal

ZERO STARS. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. SCAM. SCAM. terrible terrible place, avoid at all costs! I am currently having to speech to text because the screen that they gave me does not work! After being lied to to my face about the quality and about the screens ability to work, I paid the money and left only for the screen to continue to pop out of my phone and not allow me to send text type or do much of anything. When I called back to the female that works there, she said that she did not offer any refunds, and that there was nothing she could do. when we came to Best Buy to replace the screen they informed us that because the screen was aftermarket themselves, and Apple would not be allowed to work on it due to liability issues which she did NOT inform me of beforehand, meaning NOBODY can work on this phone or replace the screen again. when I tried to call her back to inform her of this, I realized that she had blocked my number! Very professional ! so my phone is now basically valueless. Thank you so much for absolutely nothing! Hope you close soon!!!

My son lost his SIM card for his phone and I was calling around to see if I can get one without paying $40. I called Go Gadget Repairs, but they were not available. They called me back 5 minutes later stating that they received a missed call from my number. I was actually on my way to another phone store and was glad that I picked up the return call from Go Gadget. The representative on the phone said that not any SIM card will work. Her store only sells AT&T prepaid SIM cards, but that will not work with my phone. I have to go to a Verizon Store or an authorized Verizon retailer to get my SIM card. I thanked her for her knowledge and honesty. The other phone store that I was driving to said that they have prepaid SIM cards and that was it. I told him that I already have a phone line, and just need a new SIM card to activate the phone. He said, "Yes, I have it." I asked him how much was it and he said that it was $5. I thought that it was really sketchy, but was on my way anyways. I was so glad that Go Gadget called me and educated me. This call saved me a trip to the wrong place. Thanks Go Gadget for your business ethics and great customer service!

The customer service at the store was initially very friendly and confident. My daughter broke the screen on her phone, but the phone was otherwise fine. GoGadgets agreed to fix it for us with a warranty on the work. However, after we got the phone back after the repair of the screen, we realized that the cellular service wasn't working and the phone could only function on Wi-Fi. Please note: the Wi-Fi was working fine. We had a spare phone my daughter could use and a few weeks later I took the phone to Apple for an official diagnostic . I also called AT&T and went through all of their diagnostics. Ultimately Apple gave me a diagnostic and said that the screen repair caused an issue with the antenna receiver, or something of that nature. So I took the phone back to GoGadgets and told them that Apple had said the cell issue was due to the screen repair. I even provided a screenshot of the diagnostic from Apple, i pointed out that even though they repaired the screen, they broke something else in the process and asked if they could they please fix it. I explained the diagnostics from Apple (which they rejected) and I explained that cell reception was not working and we could only use the phone in wifi. They said that they would charge for the new part and that it would be done within a week. It wasn't done within a week. Three weeks later, they were still waiting for parts and finally when they received the part a week later. When it was finally supposed to be done, they told me that they fixed the cellular problem but the phone now did not have the ability to receive Wi-Fi service. The Wi-Fi was working when I brought it to them! So essentially, I took it to them to fix twice (screen and cell service) and they fixed one thing but broke another thing two times (cell service and wifi). Even though there is supposed to be some sort of warranty on the repair, they kept insisting that it wasn't their fault and they couldn't do anything. Now we are left without a phone. I would not trust these guys at all. They messed up, wasted a lot of time and ultimately made the problem worse. They should've done more for us since there was a warranty but they didn't stand behind their work.

Dropped my IPad 9 off Sunday with a smashed screen and bent frame where volume buttons are. Kevin repaired perfectly, called me about two hours later to pick up. This is definitely the kind of small business that I want to support. Excellent job, Kevin and thank you so much!!

Request to observe the repair!!! They will steal parts and replace them with cheap parts. I went there to fix a cracked screen, and after a few days, I found out that my phone gets super laggy. I took my iPhone to another shop, and they told me that some of the parts had been taken away, causing the phone to malfunction. One detail I noticed is that, at least when I was there, they always took your phone to the back and never fixed it in front of you.

I stripped a screw on my Nintendo Switch joy con and dropped by here yesterday to see if they could remove it. The lady who greeted me had such a wonderful, lovely attitude! The store doesn't take video game repairs per se, but the lady was very open, and I told her about my issue; she said she was willing to try, and so she did. In the end the screw couldn't be removed, and she was very honest in saying she didn't want to damage the joy con. She recommended a store that was dedicated for video game repairs so that I have another avenue to look into. Overall, I have to say that I am incredibly pleased with the experience and really do appreciate the transparency, honesty, and friendliness of the staff here. If I have a phone or tablet that breaks, this is going to be the place I go to get it fixed.

I brought in my iPad Air as the charging port was jammed in and I couldn't charge it any longer. I was also concerned my battery needed to be replaced. They quoted me $200 for a battery and securing the charging port. It seemed kind of expensive but it was either getting it repaired or buying a new iPad Air for $650. Idk how long the replaced battery would last or if the port was secured enough. No repair shop would quote without opening it up so I had to bite the bullet. I think its kind of expensive but not sure.
