Terrible management of store employees and poor customer service with staff. For a store that closes at 9pm according to both its company website AND Apple Maps, they sure don't hesitate to deny people almost an hour prior to that. Around 8:15-8:20ish I came by (due to my schedule) and was denied because, "I'm taking my 30 min lunch and two 10-minute breaks." ??? Excuse me, WHAT??! Not only was I denied, but I observed at least two other people trying to enter as well. False advertisement all the way, and no consideration for guests whatsoever.

The location was clean and the guy working there was really nice and helpful. We got a few nutrition bars we were looking for and he recommended a few we might try. They didn’t have the protein powder we were looking for. They did have these cute little protein powder keychains with superheroes on them for 499. I didn’t get one, but they were pretty cute. I would recommend checking out the store. They might have what you’re looking for, but they don’t have a large selection.

1. This is specifically only said of the one in the Arcadia/west field mall one on the 2nd floor neat Macy 2. Sales person extremely professional, the guy was good manner, knowledgeable - knows his stuff, not pushy but well attentive 3. I go GNC stores with lots relatives visiting the States, I can say by experience that this location visit here was by far the best one, I hope he gets promoted so he won't be working at other places(amy good business owner would snatch a pr/sales like him) and he's bilingual, great + 4.

The employees here seem to prioritize socializing with their colleagues rather than focusing on their tasks and assisting customers. Their customer service receives a score of zero out of ten. Supervisors should consider retraining their staff to ensure they understand that their job responsibilities do not include ignoring customers.

Really bad service. We want to return the items, but they are really unwilling to helping us becoz we bought too much online. They ask us to call customer service, but customer service told us we can come here to return.They meant like it’s our faults to buy so many GNC products online so that they can’t help us in the retail store.First of all, there were no rules saying in the Internet that we cannot return items in the store.Then they let us feel buying GNC products online is a bad behavior.So it’s a really really bad experience, lost my interest to be a loyal GNC customer.

The owner of this GNC will not abide by GNC policy regarding returns. They will not accept returns here. I had to chargeback my purchase because the owner here is running a racket.

I love GNC, and all products I got from there, but PLEASE stop pushing your customers open gold membership again and again when we shop there, it’s very unprofessional and annoying.
