The company stopped Members from applying their rewards towards Gift Cards / Digital Purchases. As a long term consumer that supports indie games, this is a HUGE letdown since it makes games inaccessible to the market.

Located inside the mall. The store is small and they don't have a lot of games. They do have pre-owned games at smaller discount then buying New. Clearance items are available, but prices are still high.

Got to the store on Sunday 7:45. Hours day they close at 8:00. The doors were locked and the lights were on. When I tried opening the door, they turned off their light. It was 7:45. Strange. But not cool to close 15 minutes ahead of posted time.

Imagine not being able to pick up a phone to answer a simple question. This isn’t the first time I’ve called numerous times just to ask something and I immediately get the message they are busy. It is not hard to pick up the phone and ask to put me on hold If you’re so busy .they know nothing about customer service. I’m just gonna have to drive the extra for another store. Place is a joke

Amazing service. I bought a Xbox series X at another GameStop and it was broken brand new brought it here to this location and the employee exchanged my Xbox right away and was really fast and highly professional he informed me of the extended warranty so i purchased that right away. Thank you for being a good gamestop the xbox you gave me runs smoothly.

Awful place. Horrible customer service. Told me to come back in 1hr. After i cam back, the guy still was not ready. Finally just did it in front of me and it took all of 2mins. Complete waste of time

I went to GameStop this past weekend to buy a last-minute birthday gift during a party at Jump 'n Jammin, also in the Santa Anita mall. The birthday boy just turned six, and I've had multiple conversations with him about Pokémon (I have, shamefully, been playing Pokémon Go for longer than he's been alive). I figured he might enjoy some Pokémon cards. I enjoyed walking through the mall, which felt like an Asian American nerd paradise. I would've freaked out when I was in my deep manga phase. The GameStop was full of Pokémon goods, including stuffed animals and T-shirts in addition to cards and games and, of course, myriad other games and merch from myriad other franchises. The woman working the register was nice and helpful. She helped me pick out a few of the packs, and it turned out a couple of them were on sale. The only negative was that there were no bags available, so I had to carry it all loose until I bought a gift bag from Kinokuniya. My Pokémon buddy loved his present. I got a video of him thanking us and talking about the cards later that day. I'm glad we were able to visit this GameStop and feed his passion for Pokémon. After all, I'm gonna need someone to play with me when I'm old.
