This store is AMAZING. This is the 3rd time that they had the hard to find shoe that I was looking for! Sold out everywhere but when I called them they had the shoe.? I don’t know how they manage to have such a great inventory but I’m so happy they do.

i would give a zero if i could, but i walk in and one of the employees looked up at me and then went back on her phone … literally all 3 employees were on their phones. didn’t seem welcoming & overall not a very pleasant place to shop if you want assistance.

?I bought a pair of Uggs and after 21 days, one ripped and I went back and I told the manager of what happened they said that they can’t do anything because they are used and I said they are supposed to last more then a year I paid around $220 and they didn’t last a month. The Manager IVAN said call the Ugg store..? DON’T BUY SHOES from FEET WORLD STORES they don’t last.

Yo yo yo what's going on beautiful and sexy people? Went here again today on 12-10-19 and here are the highlights. 1. While I was here today. Two folks or young men told me that their 2018-19 Los Angeles Lakers city edition hats the price has dropped to $9.99. Wow $9.99 that is pretty cheap for a hat. I am really considering getting it. To add to my Lakers hats collection. I have 4 hats. 2. Wow I am really shocked that the 2018-19 Los Angeles Lakers city edition hats is really $9.99. I may get it this weekend to add it to my collection and make it 5 Los Angeles Lakers hats. 3. Until next time. Take care and go Lakers-Clippers. Keep the faith. Best, David

I went this morning to see if I could get a package delivered directly to the store instead to my house as I keep missing UPS. I got my item delivered to my house today and was fine. But...the lady in charge at the store gave me some attitude as she wasn't very polite and would not listen to my concern rather she would ask the questions as if she was in a hurry as there was practically myself in the store and another guy looking at shoes. I also asked for an item if I could have it delivered to the store as there was not my size at the moment. She said I had to spend a certain amount of money to do so. etc. what makes you stop buying at certain stores? the quality of the products or the quality of customer service?

I found some shoes here that I couldn't find anywhere else except online. I was surprised that they were also cheaper than everywhere else.

I'll start by saying that I only write 5 star reviews for places because I feel like it's important to give credit where credit is due AND I hate to sound off on a place that gives crap service because it just seems like a mean thing to do but this place has done it to me time and time again. The only reason I ever set foot in this place (after the first time they'd done it to me) was because it was Christmas and I was looking for something that I just couldn't find anywhere. (They also didn't have it.) Workers seem to be in their own world. They have never greeted me or asked if they could offer help of any kind and I've been here a total of 4 times. Don't shop here.

This place is a total wreck. Will not work with you on exchanging shoes, ex: because the shoe we purchased is a special shoe (from CHAMPS). The lady and guys are very unprofessional. Will never go here again. If your looking for a legit shoe spot hit up a real shoe spot.

I've bought a few items here and the customer service is always great. Will do their best to answer any questions you have. There selection of J's is descent but don't expect any quick strikes to hit their all the time, but I noticed their prices are lower then other FootActions for certain pairs.
