I was doing some frantic last minute holiday shopping and the whole team at this location was very kind and helpful! I wanted to give a special shout out to Alexander though whose customer service skills were amazing, 10/10!! Not only was he able to help me clarify which items were on sale and for what price, he also went out of his way to find me the size I wanted by calling another location to see if they had it! And even though I was bugging him the whole time I was in the store and pestering him with a bunch of questions, Alexander was able to assist me with nothing but a friendly smile the whole time! I also work in retail so usually i'm pretty observant when it comes to customer service in other stores, but I just had to comment on Alexander's because his was just through the roof (:

This Express is hands down amazing! I met the sweetest people with the most amazing attitude. Raisa, she assisted with dress attire and color collabs for a company party we were shopping for. And Joshua, such amazing help! Assisted with proper sizes, and gaveus tips and tricks for the outfit for the evening. Honestly, don't think I would have shopped comfortably if it wasn't for them. Thank you!

I'll be honest, I was quite difficult trying to get the deal with the promotion going on. The entire team was so helpful! The entire staff in particular Paulina and Iliana were awesome. They were patient and helped me get the deal on the suits I was purchasing. Everytime I've come to this location they've been nothing but helpful.My only gripe is they fold and keep the store soooo organized that when I go to look for a size of a shirt it's like destroying all of the perfectly folded shirts and I feel like a monster and so rude... But they keep the store so organized and tidy. Not a real complaint lolThank you again!

Considering they always have sales the clothes are quite reasonable in price and they do last a long time. Stylish to boot. It's inside the mall which is meh but can't do much about that.

Disappointing experience here after being treated rudely. Bought a cardigan sweater here three weeks ago. Discovered today that the security device was still attached at the bottom of the back of the sweater. Took the time to drive over to Arcadia to have them remove the device. The girl with the dyed hair asked for a receipt, which I no longer had. She commented that the tags were gone, too. Of course they were, as I've worn the sweater several times already. I provided my credit card so she could look up my purchase there, which she did. She, then, had the audacity to tell me "I'll remove it this time, but next time you'll need a receipt". Wrong. It was the cashiers fault, so it'll probably happen again with someone else because she spent her time admonishing me, rather than apologizing for the inconvenience of having to come back to the store and directing her reprimand to the cashier. She did provide that rude response in a well-mannered tone, but made a poor executive decision. Won't shop there again. Express: get some more experienced salespeople who understand customer service better.

Went to return a few items, took so long. I did the same at h&m and it was dropped off and I could leave right away.Here it was broken registers, the lady was dealing with the clothes while I waited. The guy who helped me before couldn’t even figure out how to do a refund.It should be as easy as dropping off the items, confirming the amount and leaving. Not waiting for them to restock the items while you wait. Employees don’t know what they are doing either. Like headless chickens.

I've been coming to this express since high school and honestly the is past weekend I had one of the best experience here. I ended up coming here for their Black Friday sale to buy some suits and One of their employee name Josh was super helpful. He was very patient in getting me the size I need and gave some great feedback. I worked at forever 21 HQ previously and I know how holidays can get so crazy and dealing with complicated customers. But again he was super helpful, resourceful, and took his time in helping me! Josh is amazing!! Defiantly look for him when you're there!
