My neighbor refer me to this agent. I got a much better rate for my home insurance. Their staffs are very friendly and helpful. I move my car insurance too to get bundles discounts. I would recommend anyone who is looking for new home insurance or call them to compare rate.

My parents have been with Eversafe for a long time, but until my father passed away a few years ago, I never worked with his agent, Kelly G. in the El Monte office. She is simply...TERRIFIC. She is a one-stop shop; she helped with insurance needs for my parents' rental properties as well as their personal auto and homeowner insurance. I heard about the extra steps she took to explain and assist them with the paperwork. She is sharp, well-organized and great at communicating with her clients; for example, when our (large/well-known) insurance company decided not to renew any apartment owner policies in California, she gave me a heads up several months in advance, told us not to worry, and when the time came, she presented me with a couple of good options to select from. Even after the properties were sold, she continues to treat my mother as a valued customer and answers my calls and emails with urgency. She is a joy to work with and genuinely cares about her clients.

A lot of these insurance agencies are like this - they can't retain experienced and diligent workers. There was a efficient agent Carolyn Z. there who handled all our insurance needs professionally. She is gone and the ones left behind are horrible. Due to this, we are forced to check and double check all papers and be super alert. then you have to ask: why do we need insurance agencies?

It seems they're partnered with a lot of insurance companies and they know the pros and cons of every insurance company in the state. They keep me well-informed with regards to my policy status. So far it's been prompt service and friendly staff

This is one terrible insurance company, all they care is get you on their plan. They put couldn't even fix they own mistake. They ask when policy like to be start, of course, continue with when old policy ended, so there would be no gap in between, I even send them copy of my old policy with their request. A week later declaration of policy come - with 4 days earlier than old policy end. So, I call them pointed out mistake, sure they said they will take care it, no way, not only I have to call time to time to check progress, 2 month later solution is cancelling the one with wrong date and start new policy and I need to pay extra for 4 days of difference. What a drag, they purposely drag the time to respond so make you stay on, not to cancels policy even they know the mistake was made. I have to be the one pays the problem you created by your carelessness, what a sham, Way they handle the mistake totally shows how they care about their client. How if when time comes really needs to claim through policy, you are doom, cos they don't give dame. You can skip this company, plenty other companies doing much better job then they do.
