I don't usually get my nails done often, but I recently had them done right before my vacation, and I'm extremely pleased with the outcome. My nail technician was professional and very friendly. She took her time with me and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

The new owner Vi, is very attentive and kind and all the workers are friendly. The shop recently had some renovations and is kept very clean. Got a short length, green French tip for Christmas and Vi was very skillful and quick. Love the set I got and would definitely come again!

I love Elegant Nails! I have gone there for years and have never had a bad experience. It is clean and the manicurists are friendly and very competent. I have moved out of town, but still return for my mani and pedi days because I haven’t found anyone better!

Wonderful place with gentle caring staff. The shop is very clean and friendly. I’m told it is a nice selection of colors but I don’t care because I don’t paint my nails. The technician is very helpful when selecting colors. Again I don’t care because I don’t use the color but I have it on excellent authority.

I made an appointment to get a gel mani and Pedi with an eyebrow wax. The woman on the phone was honest and said they were a little busy when I called and to come later which I did. The place is very clean and all the gals were very friendly. They were able to get me right away and I had a very relaxing time with good conversation. My nails came out beautifully and my eyebrows as well. I definitely recommend this place and will be getting gift cards for Christmas for my family.Services: Spa services

I was very Skeptical at first,but as soon as I walked in I was nicely created by Tiffany and taken care of by Brenda who just took me by surprised. She was very professional, kind and patient with me. I told them what I wanted & took their time in getting the right colors. I literally fell in love with this place. The care Brenda did was really shocking to me because I’ve been to so many places & it’s extremely hard to find this. Rare & so happy I finally found a permanent place to go to. Thanks guys. Ever since the new owner came in, everything changed for the worse, i've been going to Elegant N for almost 10 years even from their old location and now they dont care for customers. i went last week on Tues. during lunchtime and they had 2-3 ladies working only, i came in and they didnt acknowledge my presence until almost 5 mins after I walked in, she rudly ask do you have an appointment and I said no, who needs an app for a Tues?? she then said to come back and i was going to ask her to make a app or what time is best and she completly dismissed me, turned around and never looked to see if i needed anything else. i told all my friends to find another place because they dont care anymore!! So sad because the previous owner was so sweet and remembered her clients names and this is not the case anymore, it felt like i was a burden to them instead of happily welcoming customers they make them feel unwanted. Very dissapointing!
