About Electrify America Charging Station
Electrify America Charging Station offers EV charging with a focus on fast charging capabilities. Recently, they installed a 350kW hyper fast charger, but the station still faces challenges with wait times, often due to a full lot with at least three cars waiting. The station has improved in maintaining all chargers, but many still experience frequent outages, with about half the chargers sometimes not working or being down. The app can sometimes be unreliable in showing the status of chargers. Security staff at the station have been reported as rude, especially when preventing waiting in line or parking nearby, even when doing so does not block traffic. There have been issues with broken chargers remaining unrepaired for weeks and staff threatening to tow vehicles for parking in designated waiting areas. Despite these issues, when the station is less crowded and chargers are operational, the experience can be quick and smooth, with some users noting that at times, all chargers work perfectly and allow for a quick charge.

They have gotten more consistent with keeping them all working, too bad it's always packed with at least 3 cars waiting, unless you are extremely early or late, expect to wait a while. Usually no exceptions

Now that 350kW hyper fast installed, EA needs to install another 20 plugs to compete with Tesla supercharger stations. Wait time to charge is still way too long with 5 cars in front waiting.

Terrible experience. Security wouldn't let us park nearby and wait. Since there was no real line anymore, so people kept cutting in.
