I was at home depot looking for a commercial quality extention cord that can handle 20 amps. They only had 1 at home depot and I needed a couple more. The friendly employee at home depot in Monrovia said that I can head to the Glendora store, but it was 4 pm and the 210 freeway was jammed. He mentioned that there is a small mom and pop shop in Arcadia called delta tronics so I decided to try them out. The owner's name is Eddie and he was very laid back. He sold me the same extension cord as the one at home depot for $25. I noticed that they had a large variety of stuff so I bought an air filter for my wife's car for only $7 and he was kind enough to even install it. If you're ever in the area, I suggest you try this place out. It's a little crammed, but there are so many unique things that are so cheap. Great place! Great customer service! I'm a customer for life! Thanks Eddie!

This place is great for general tools, supplies and hardware for auto body and maintenance shops. Prices are quite good on everything from body clips to automotive chemicals and electrical parts. I always check here to see if they have what I need before resorting to the dealer. They almost always have exactly what I'm looking for.

THE GOOD: A small location with a variety of small things needed for many jobs, big and small. The guys running this place are pretty cool and easy to interact with. I even think they are friends. I had the chance to call in to ask about info on some things that I needed to know, and George answered. They guy was patient and helpful toward me. He answered what he could and was kind about it all, even after I was jumbling around a bit with the info I had prior. Eddie has been another I have had the chance to interact with. He was helpful and interested in what I witnessed another customer needed. He helped out and got the guy exactly what he needed. Even when his cellphone rang, he ignored the call after looking at it, handed the phone over to George, and continued on his way to help this customer. That was awesome to see. They've got many automotive repair materials and supplies. I saw things such as brake fluid, brake cleaner, carb cleaner, and much more other minor chemicals used in the automotive repair industry. There have been some items that have proven to be an awesome purchase: The repair to my car was done long ago by someone else, but I bought some of the little items (referred to as "body clips") that help attach the certain parts of the bumper and and door panels, more securely to the the frame and such. (Keep in mind, I did not do the repairs, I simply bought what was needed, long ago.) I saved quite a big chunk or money at the time by buying those clips there, as opposed to having a automotive repair shop try to do it all. THE BAD: The place is small. I am sure that with a larger place, this little shop could be a big hit amongst some groups. But, with this, the only other problem might be the restroom. Could use small touching up. THE UGLY: There is nothing to mention. TO THE MANAGEMENT: Keep up the hard word there. It's little shops like yours that add to the economy of this country, and you are truly appreciated. I'm hoping to one day walk in and see how things have changed, from time to time. But, for now, you guy have me as a customer coming in when I know the better deal is with you guys for those little things for the big jobs.
