I purchased flowers from 1-800-flowers and was redirected to Del Sol flowers in Arcadia. My total through 1-800-flowers was $47.99 for a small arrangement that was advertised on the website. Del Sol flowers messaged 1-800-flowers stating they would not fill my order unless I payed $99.99 because that is “1980” pricing and because of Mother’s Days my arrangement should be marked up to $99.99. I canceled my order as that was the pricing offered on the website Del Sol was rude & unprofessional.

I ordered baby pumpkins in the vase, everyone at the office was examined all day long . It actually arrived twice the size Wonderful company.

I have to say, you are better off getting flowers at Trader Joe's, Vons or even Ralphs, the roses were dying before they arrived and they were not even placed nicely into the base. Rude non-sense non existing customer service. See the photos, they speak for themselves, photos were taken as soon as it was delivered.

Our arrangement had baby pumpkins in the vase. Everyone at the office examined all day long. The creativity of the design amazed everyone. So beautiful. I ordered the medium size but the whole presentation is enormous. There are flowers, leaves, foliage and berried sprigs of all sorts of exquisite fall colors. It’s so hard at this time of year not to be able to see my daughter for our usual get togethers. Especially during the holidays. So I needed to cheer myself up by cheering her up. When she received the arrangement, my daughter called it a work of art. She’s always sending me exquisite arrangements from Del Sol. So I sent her one and it is just magnificent. I also had the opportunity to speak with the owners on the phone—had to change delivery location—and they were gracious, helpful and professional. It’s hard to trust online businesses that I don’t know well. But my past experiences with Del Sol and the quality of their flowers gave me the trust to give it a try. I’m just delighted with the whole experience. Sadly. On the same day I had to use a not so well known florist in another city for a birthday greeting. It was an expensive and dismal experience.Can’t say enough good about this florist. The arrangement my daughter received was twice the size, many more interesting types of flowers & foliage, and much more luscious than the website sample picture. Wonderful company!

The flower arrangement was pretty nice, though some leaves were already browning, but the basket they arranged it in was lopsided and really frayed. ...and, as someone else stated, the writing on the card looked like a kid wrote it.

I had two custom flower arrangements done. Gentleman on the phone was charming and professional. Sent them the picture of what I was looking for And they went above and beyond in creating a beautiful arrangement. He even text me the picture of the arrangement before it went out. I highly Recommend them to anyone looking to charm someone with a beautiful bouquet. My mother in law loved her beautiful arrangement for her birthday. Thank you so much Del Sol Flowers.

I would say A+ for the arts and crafts of using flower if there were actual flowers on my order.... Instead I'm giving them an A+ for the amount of leaves they put into my Valentine's order. I'm seriously suprised I purchased more than $80 worth of leaves. You can view pictures I post to see how horrendous it was. Also the height of the flowers were 6 inches shorter and the width was 3.5 inches less than the description provided. Pure scam, you're better off buying a random vase on Amazon, picking up 6x $10 flowers from Ralph's, randomly tossing into a vase and it'll look 100x better than what was given to me. Horrible florist stay away at all cost. When ordering from 1800flowers you should also add a note not to have them as your designated florist.

Please beware, do NOT order flowers from Del Sol Flowers/Narciso for any occasion. Here's why. I received an arrangement from Del Sol Flowers that was sent from a very dear friend of mine for my birthday. It was a wonderful surprise. The arrangement was lovely. But, then came the nightmare experience! I left to celebrate my birthday, I did not take my phone with me. When I returned home, I had several voice and text messages from Narciso! He urgently asked me to call him about my flowers. I called him after 8pm. He said there was a mix-up with the online flower company and "he needed to take back my arrangement bcuz he could sell it to someone else, for me to please leave it outside my door so he could pick it up in the morning." Excuse me? I have never heard of such a thing from a flower shop. I let my friend know about this and put the flower arrangement outside. My friend called Narciso and he was very unprofessional. He was screaming and justifying selling the arrangement to another unsuspecting customer! This was supposed to be a nice gesture and because of his unprofessionalism, he turned it into a nightmare for both the sender and the person receiving the flowers. He should have contacted the online company and the sender to work it out, he should have never contacted the person receiving the flowers. Only order flowers from Del Sol Flowers/Narciso in Arcadia, Ca if you DON'T care where/who has had your flowers over night! You don't know if the flowers were tampered with, plus you are now getting a second hand flower arrangement. Narciso/Del Sol Flowers don't care about their customers or building good-will. He has now lost two possible new customers instead of gaining two loyal customers. I wish I could give this business a minus five stars.

They got 1 star only because I couldn't leave a review with out one. They deserve 0 stars NOTHING!! Floral work was horrible and the card looked like a kid in grade school made it. Cut, staple and scribble. Embarrassing and to put iceing on the cake they sent a graveside funeral arrangement to a home in a papermache container one sided and sloppy work. Horrible they should be embarrassed. Very unprofessional!! They should be ashamed!!!

Great prices and great value for very attractive floral arrangements. If you don't want to pay Jacob Maarse prices this is a good alternative.
