NO STARS for this LOCATION! The store manager Danny is very rude, very unprofessional, has no management skills. Should not be in management. Lynda is also rude and makes rude comments when checking out. This location has gone down hill. Stores a mess, no inventory, boxes all down the isles. The Regional manager or Corporate office need to make some changes at this location. The reviews on here don’t lie.

Rude guy giving me problems because I didn't want to do self checkout. There's only 2 people that work at register and are great ? worker's. Just because we are female's we speak up and he didn't like he's a ? Not are fault there's a lot of theft going on.

Yo, CVS fam! I gotta spill the tea about my latest CVS trip. Went in to grab some essentials, and OMG, Trevor is an absolute GOAT! ?
First off, my dude was serving straight vibes. I was totally in my "erm" moment, confused AF, but Trevor swooped in like a knight in shining armor. He was patient, kind, and super knowledgeable. This guy knows his aisles better than I know my TikTok feed, fr fr.
I was lookin' for some skincare products to level up my look-maxing game, and Trevor was like, "Say less." He hooked me up with the best recs, and now my skin is glowing harder than a VSCO girl’s hydro flask. ?✨
Plus, his energy was just immaculate. Made me feel like a VIP, which is such a vibe in this hustle-bustle world. If you're ever in need of some CVS magic, Trevor is your guy. No cap, this man deserves a raise and a TikTok shoutout.
Trevor, you absolute legend, keep slayin' it at CVS. You're the real MVP. ??

I experienced the rudeness encounter with the check out clerk Lynda I have ever had. It was extremely disappointing, disrespectful and worst she made my daughter feel guilty for being sick and walking into a pharmacy store to purchase cold medicine. I have been going to this CVS for years and with this encounter with Lynda has made me rethink if I want to ever walk into that store again. If Lynda is worried about being around possible sick people she should not be working in a pharmacy store.

This location is convenient for people who prefer drive-thrus to pick up their meds. Most of the time, the drive thru is empty. It really depends on what time you stop by. Even if there are a few cars ahead of you, it's not that long of a wait. They also have a few medicine items they can sell to you over drive-thru. Inside, the pharmacy is very organized. The staff is nice and understanding. They always do their best to help everyone in a timely manner. They also offer different vaccines and are available to answer questions about medications. The times I've had to call in, they answer pretty quickly. They help you set your medications on auto fill and will even contact your doctor for a refill prescription if you run out. The pharmacy and store hours of operation are different. The pharmacy is open Monday - Friday 9am - 8pm (might have a lunch break) and Saturday and Sunday 10am - 6pm. In case you won't be able to make it, you can call in and ask for them to transfer your prescription to the Baldwin location. They close at 10pm. The store is also always organized and clean. They are usually stocked with everything you need. From household items to beauty necessities. The staff is also nice and helpful. If you need any item that requires an associate to open/unlock it for you, they will gladly help you. They have self-checkout kiosks, and they're really easy to use. I know CVS receipts are super long and take forever to print, but they do have good deals. You're also able to use them there at the kiosks. They also have a coupon kiosk. I've never used it, though, so I can't comment on it. There's plenty of parking near the entrance because the other businesses usually have closer parking to their locations.

The pharmacy of this location (Las Tunas & El Monte) provides the worst customer service ever. Any medication from my family Dr that they don’t have in stock could be ignored.It has been twice that no employee have bothered to follow with customer. I needs my sciatica pain killer medication to ease my nerve pain, but guess what there is nobody get me updated for over one weeks. Phone number was so difficult to get through for a live person.

10/24/23, 6:50pm. I was here with my daughter trying to take a passport photo. Male staff, who was nice, told us to go to the passport line, and we did. After awhile, it was our turn. Lady with short, blond hair, didnt even bother to talk to us. I told her why we are here after she was done with the previous customer, and she told me rudely that she clocked out and we will have to wait for 30 minutes. She was mad at us like we were in her way on taking her break. I dont mind going to another CVS if she told us shes taking a break soon. Everyone is busy in their lives, so please learn how to treat the others nicely.

This CVS is managed so very poorly. The volume of garbage in the parking lot is terrible. There was an abandoned car for three years in the back of the parking lot. There is also an abandoned semi truck for two years that burned to a crisp yesterday. There is an RV with occupants, a couple living in a white BMW SUV, a mini van of homeless and a couple of homeless people that poop and pee in the bushes not to mention leave tons of garbage everywhere. Wake up CVS, you're an eye sore to the neighborhood. DO SOMETHING.
