Not a bad place the staff is fine and the place is well organized the only issue is they really push you to buy their donation items and i understand why but they need to cut back in being so pushy other than that it’s a good place

Great service!! The workers over there are actually really nice and very friendly! All the clothes are not expensive and they have some cute accessories in the store too. The store is really clean as well. I definitely will come back and go shopping here again when I'm in Arcadia! Thank you all so much for everything! Five stars is my actual total rating!!

Laziest little kids working here. I went in today to exchange an item for the same one bc the one I was returning had a stain, and this lazy girl at the register told me to look for the replacement myself. I told her I only saw 5 of the same item, none my size, and asked her to check the system to see if they had it in store. They did. She told me, "are you sure you don't wanna double check?" No, dummy! You have the easiest job standing there ringing up no one behind me. Smh. Anywhere else, including h&m, f21, etc, their employees actually have customer service and help. People like this really are an embarrassment to the company. Cotton On really needs to step up their employment game.

I like this Cotton On, very clean. New styles all the time. I still wear things I've bought yeaaars ago on a pretty frequent basis. The clothes stand the test of time for wear, and style! Not to mention it's all very affordable.

It's so tough to return clothes here. I lost my credit card and don't have it on me anymore. The sale person said I can't return it without the card and demand proof from bank that my new credit card is the replacement for the lost card. Do I have to get a letter from the bank? I told her that I have my statement on my phone and she still turned me away.

The store has good selection and is decently clean. But somehow there's only one cashier open. They are helping this lady for 15 minutes. When I asked a sales guy if they can open another register he just barely looked at me and walked away. I just saw him using the other register. Then there's a line forming and they are just folding clothes. I don't get it. My son was starting to get fussy after sitting in the stroller waiting in line for so long and I had to leave all my stuff I was going to buy and walk out the store. Not that the sales guy cared. Such bad customer service.
