The manager named Johanes Hermanto is very rude and disrespectful!!!! My account closed by citi bank half year ago, I haven't received my check due to they made mistake of my address zip code, I called citi bank customer service for hundreds of time, eventually the representative asked my to go to nearby branch, and the branch would help me issue my check. When I went to this branch, first of all, the manager didn't even want to talk to the on phone rep. Then I give him my id, and statement, he looked up on his computer and talked in public loudly "her account is closed by fraud " wtf!!! He didn't even know what's really happened. Since there were few big transactions on my accounts. Citi banks closed my account without asking questions. They just want to minimize risks, everyone knows it. Also my account was cleared by citi bank back office long time ago, he just doesn't have access to these info. I even told him the on call rep will verify his employee id first,then explain the situation. He didn't care, I think because I am not a new customer. How a branch manager can say it in public on his own guessing!!! It's so freaking disrespectful. How this kind of person can be a branch manager!!!! Such a bad person.

I just had the best experience with a notary at this branch. He's also the branch VP, Johanes. He was friendly and fast and made sure my paperwork was accurate. It took him 10 mins to do what Bank of America couldn't do over a month and three failed appointments. I will definitely be opening a business account with them.

Today I went in and they don't sanitize the counters and pin machine. I was disgusted it was my first time and last. I ask if they were going to wipe it down and the cashier handed me a wipe so unprofessional if I can give a zero I will ..

The best bank with the best service and promotions in town. Like everyone attitude and always happy to see the client. Maggie, Hailey, Lea and Julia has the best smile and ready to help while you are there. Tony has tons of knowledge and cheerful and Connie always help with everything I need.

Don't bothering trying to make a deposit using their ATMs on Saturday. Second branch I tried. Fail. They should probably increase the capacity of the ATM to accept more checks

Is Citibank going out of business? They only have one teller when it opened. I've been waiting for more than 15 minutes even though I came before it opened. I am considering closing accounts with Citi. Bye

Wow! So rude! I don't bank here but was needing to give a $20 for two rolls of quarters. The lady asked me to swipe my card, when I said I don't bank with them she smirked and said "hmm we don't do that unless you bank with us." I've never had a problem with that before! Walked to Chase bank, and they were kind and did it no problem. I don't bank with Chase either! So rude.

Just opened a Savings and Checking Acc with Steven Lo He's amazing very helpful, he let me know about the special offer with opening a credit card with them. 30,000 points when using $1000 in the first 3 months. He's very patient and answers all our questions.

Thanks for reminding me why I don't bank here. Went in to deposit something for someone else, and I happened to ask for Chinese New Year red envelopes. They had ones from 4 years ago. Yup, year of the OX... this is why I bank with Wells Fargo instead. WF also has 100% better customer service.

This bank is convenient because it's located between work & my home. I work as a waiter so I'm in constant need to always deposit cash on hand. I never have to actually go inside the bank since I do all my deposits via ATM & it's accessible 24/7.

I have been a loyal Citibank customer for years. I have NEVER been treated this way before, but a customer service rep named Grace was not graceful at all. I had asked for a calendar, seeing that it would have been useful. It was really no big deal, I liked it and I wanted one. Grace informed me that all her calendars were "reserved" for her customers. AM I NOT A CUSTOMER OF CITIBANK? Its little actions like these that make or break a bank and its services.
