It seems weird to review a bank, but I just really like this branch. The staff is very polite & efficient without trying to make you their best friend: "Hi Jane! How are you, Jane? Do you have any plans today, JANE?" No, they don't do that here like they do at other Chase locations. They are pleasant & professional, but not familiar. Huzzah! Large parking lot with lots of shaded areas. Indoor & outdoor ATMs. Never had to wait more than 3 or 4 minutes for a teller. Just a pleasant place to bank.

Today, I came to the famous chase bank in the United States to open an account, because my friends said that this bank pays great attention to customer service, and my money will be safe here. But when I came here, I felt discrimination, my English is not good, so I looked for a Mandarin speaking staff, he was very cold to me, and did not help me translate any questions I wanted to know about opening an account, his name is cloudy ling. I went in several times and came out several times, and finally I had to sit on the sofa feeling helpless and humiliated, as if it was a shame not to speak English. I was spotted by a beautiful and patient staff member named melissa watson, who immediately helped me find a staff member to come and help me open the account. melissa doesn't speak Chinese, but she is keenly aware of her clients' helplessness. The staff member who helped me open an account was very patient and professional, which perfectly embodied the attitude a big bank should have towards its customers. His name was jason huang. I guess that cloudy has been working in the bank for a long time, and he does not care about new customers, the reputation and long-term development of the bank. I hope the senior management of the bank can pay attention to this discrimination incident. I am very disappointed about this experience, and I am also very grateful to the two staff who helped me, because of their excellent service attitude and professionalism. Makes me feel better about chase. thank you.

Located at the cross street of Huntington Dr and S Baldwin Ave. It has plenty of parking, and this Chase is not too busy. There's one ATM, but is fast since it's not too many people.

2 tellers, over 15 people in line.... This is the norm at this bank. One of the busiest banks in the city and they only have 2 to 3 tellers on a week day. They are fully staffed in the desk area? Why ?

Their atm machines never work. The lady next to me just now tried to pull out 400 dollars in cash and the machine never paid her out but deducted the amount from her account anyway. These machine have been glitchy for years. Either fix it or shut them down completely.

Horrible experience Abby was not helpful at all. Too quick to know everything and tell us how busy she was. Chase needs to do a better job of customer servive training. Apparently by the way you are treated here everyone is a criminal and small business dont matter. Sad!

COVID-19: Social distancing is enforced at this establishment. All of the staff wears a mask. All customers are expected to wear a mask too. Some of the staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is open and available with limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing some money from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is pretty massive. Lots of parking spots for you to choose from. You don't have to worry about circling for a spot. Staff: The staff here are very fast, welcoming, and friendly. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum. The establishment itself is very clean.

They don't want to pay out my money and giving bogus reasons. Then, they even lock my account for no reason. Is it safe to keep money in the bank?They don't have money because they invest it?I had to go to another branch and they fixed it there.However, I know the management and supervisors somewhere in the main branch on the other side of the phone line were the culprit.

A while back when I was still in high school I tried to open a credit card. Nicole Shao was tasked to help me and after confirming a few questions, she made ME call corporate and answer some questions, after which corporate didn't let my request go through. That alone didn't trigger me as much, but it was the fact that Nicole really bluntly pointed out that it was all my fault that I didn't answer the questions according to how she would have. Well why don't you just answer the questions for me then? She showed super poor customer service and was rude to me and blamed me for the failed application. I was unhappy and decided to go open an account at Bank of America. Then recently, I got a new debit card for my Chase account and when I tried to verify it online at home it failed so I came into this chase branch and the teller told me this card already got activated and asked if I was sure it wasn't me. I literally just received it in the mail too so they had to restart the process and resend me a debit card... Seems like Chase is not too secure! My friend was promised a rewards credit card with 3% back by someone at chase and after a while realized there were no rewards to be redeemed. She called corporate and they were super rude and told her that's too bad your card doesn't come with rewards, meaning the account managers at the bank lied. Moreover, she has a lot of random charges that she didn't make on her card. I should've told Nicole how rude she was back then and just closed my account to be honest...

I don't like that they reduced their hours to close at 4 or 5. At least some locations should close at 6.
