I was really impressed with my first visit at Dr. Chang's office. After having my vitals taken by the medical assistant, I was expecting maybe 10 minutes with the actual doctor like most medical offices. As soon as Dr. Chang came in, however, I was surprised at how thorough the consultation was. He was very personable, took the time to answer my (many) questions, and made the entire experience very comfortable. I appreciated the way he took the time to explain his reasoning for anything he recommended me and listened to my input on how I wanted to proceed to meet my goals as well. I'm extremely happy I got everything I needed to do in one single visit. I had a great experience from the ease of parking, friendliness of the front office, reasonable wait times, and actual quality of care. I highly recommend Dr. Chang.

Dr. Truong and the entire office staff, including the other doctors, are outstanding. My experiences there have always been positive. Dr. Truong possesses a wealth of knowledge and genuinely cares about our health, offering exceptional care and advice. The staff is also courteous and excellent, promptly returning calls, following up when necessary, and swiftly sending refill prescriptions. The overall customer service is exceptional. Both my wife and I consider Dr. Truong our primary care physician.

Dr. Chang is a one of a kind doctor. He listens carefully and addresses both questions you may have as well as anticipated questions. He has been my trusted primary doctor for many years. He coached my son on how to check food labels and helped him lose baby fat. In fact, I attribute his good health to Dr. Chang. The one complaint I have is cumbersome and does not allow you to access relevant information. The email I received indicated I could get a Visiit Summary as well as copies of my lab work. Neither of these was available to me which was disappointing because Dr. Chang provided alot of really useful information. I just gave up.

I am planning on becoming a patient of this practice and have chose Dr. Dennis Chang as my primary physician. After 20 years, my current primary is retiring and has sold her practice to Pathways Health. I believe in positive reviews and I've seen many for Dr. Chang and his practice. Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Ellie, the Office Manager and she took the time to answer some valuable questions which was appreciated. First impressions of office staff and their doctors go a long way and my first impression of the Office Manager was their office was run super efficiently. Hes my PCP at Kaiser, and I've only met him once as of now. He's a very kind-hearted and thoughtful doctor, I will definitely stay with him as long a I can receive medical help.Strongly believe that he is also very well versed in his family medicine and internal medicine job.Thank you so much!

Excellent customer service and even better doctors. Dennis is by far the best family doctor I have had. I had to call him few times after hours for urgent matters. I received timely call back every time either from him or other doctors on team. It gives me a peace of mind knowing I am taken care of even on weekends.

Dr. Chang is the best doctor I've had and I'm 62! He is patient and considerate, and a good listener on top of it. He has helped my husband and I so many times over the years we've been seeing him. I've had a lot of doctors and specialists and many of them don't seem to have any empathy. He has never failed to come to our aid in a pinch when we really needed him. He keeps up with the latest also, which is another complaint I've had with some doctors.

Dr. Chang is the most patient and best doctor ever!! Explains things to me in a way that not only can I understand but also easy to accept. I credit my new improved health status to his patience and amazing bed side manner. Definitely recommend.

I found Dr Cheng many years ago when my dog bit me. My doctor referred me to him and I havent seen another doctor since. The entire practice is amazing, you know they truly care about their patients as you don't actually feel like a patient, you feel like family .

I've been coming to Dr Chang now for over 10 years and he's absolutely wonderful it's great to see how far his office has come along! He knows me well and he always goes above and beyond my expectations! I've referred him tons of patients! He follows up to see how I'm doing, he takes key notes and always extremely empathetic. Tonight I had the pleasure of visiting with Dr. Chang. Indeed it was a pleasure. Greeted with a hug and inquiries about my girls and myself. I’ve been a patient for years but had to leave for a year or so due to employment. Thank god I’m now back. He not only spent an hour and a half with me laughing and talking about family but health in general. He’s a inspiration to the medical field but a friend as well as as an amazing doctor. He listens, he cares and is so compassionate. He shared his family Christmas card me which I didn’t read till I got home. Amazing values he stands by as well as his family and beliefs. I can’t express to you all what he, his partners and staff portray. I wouldn’t see anyone else and HIGHLY recommend his practice. Thank you DR. CHANG and all of your staff for always making my girls and I feel as though we matter. Your precious to me and our community. Thank you so much for who you are and what you stand for. Their needs to be more people like you in this world. I thank you for your compassion, presence and sincererity. God bless and happy holidays.
