I'm absolutely appalled at how poorly I was treated at CARE. I lost $8,000 to them because of their extremely shady payment and refund policy. I wish I had not trusted them as much as I did when I agreed to pay upfront for everything, not knowing how badly I was going to be treated...I wouldn't wish my experience on anyone else, if you're reading this please heed my warnings...I never met the doctor who was supposedly treating me (****************) or even spoke to her after my consult call. She didn''t show up to scheduled exams and due to her negligence she completely missed an important new diagnosis that puts me at higher risk of complications with IVF. My PCP and gynecologist were appalled by the lack of professionalism to the point of potential malpractice. CARE also misdiagnosed my partner with a deadly disease which was traumatizing for us both. CARE ghosted me for months after repeated attempts on my part to get updates. After consulting with my gynecologist, I decided to part ways with CARE and get my money back for the services I no longer feel safe going through with. We've been trying to conceive our second child for over 2 years. After multiple losses and heartache, we reached out to CARE Fertility to help us figure out what was going on and help us get and stay pregnant. From the very beginning, we had an amazing experience. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Our nurse/coordinator, Kate, made herself available (over the phone and via text) and was quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. She was very communicative and even let me know when she'd be out of the office and connected me with another nurse/coordinator, Genesis, who was also fantastic. We had multiple tests done, and Dr. Thomas was very clear and direct about what the results meant. She suggested we do an IUI, and to our surprise, we got pregnant on the first try! The IUI process was clearly communicated every step of the way. Dr. Thomas is very straightforward and professional, we really appreciated her communication style/"bedside manner". Thank you CARE Fertility for everything!

Dr. Quintero is exceptional, and his office staff are helpful, friendly, and above all . . . professional. All told, our journey took a year and a half through the pandemic, and despite the highs and lows, Dr. Quintero and his staff remained steadfast in their commitment to us. He gave us hope during a time of uncertainty. More importantly, as we write this review, we are gratefully awaiting the arrival of our miracle. A miracle made possible by our faith, and CARE Fertility. IVF can be a daunting journey, but if we had to do it all over again, CARE Fertility, and Dr. Quintero, are still our first choice.

I saw doctor Quintero in Arcadia back in April of 2019. Don't assume you're getting treated in Arcadia. They will make you drive out to Glendale!!!!!! Their office in Arcadia is just for collecting customers to send over to GLENDALE!!!!! Think about where you actually live before signing with this doctor. LOL Oh, he can't calculate your date right. Even with the ultrasound. I had to get my Fallopian tubes imaged twice because he f***** up. And if you've ever done it, getting your tubes checked is PAINFUL AS F******* $650 cash to get it done. But hey, but at least for me, it was buy one get one free.

Dr. Quintero and his team changed our lives forever. We struggled with infertility for years and they have blessed us with 4 embryos, the first of which my wife is pregnant with now! They are so warm, thorough and professional. Thank you Care Fertility!

My wife and I loved our experience at C.A.R.E fertility. We looked up a few places that offered these services and this was one of the only ones that mentioned LGBTQ in our area. Natasha was our coordinator and she was awesome. She made us feel like we were more than just patients. Whenever we had questions about anything, trigger shots, dosage of progesterone, anything, she was always so patient and kind and would answer our email within the same day. We also particularly liked our nurse practitioner she was so calm during our IUI procedure talked us through each step. I never felt like they were trying to sell us things or procedures we didn't need. They gave up all the information and let us make the decision ourselves. Dr. Quintero was warm and I would and will recommend C.A.R.E fertility to anyone who is looking for help making a baby. Natasha, if you read this thank you so much for all of your help and calm spirit. We appreciate you very much.

I was thrilled to call because I am trying to find the right doctor for a tubal ligation reversal but I have called and just been hung up on. It's very discouraging when you're searching for information and it could be that the call was disconnected but that's enough for me not to call back

What can I say? WE ARE EXPECTING!!! We had a wonderful experience at Care Fertility. Dr. Quintero was kind, realistic and encouraging when it was difficult. The staff was great, especially Esther and Su, they were a great support system, answered all of my questions (no matter how many times I asked the same question), the best was how genuinely happy they were when we became pregnant. I went through egg retrieval twice, my egg quality was low the first time, I almost gave up because I was also 38 at the time and had other medical issues, so I didn't think I would be successful. But Dr. Quintero encouraged me and second time I had 3 good quality embryos. We'll be back in a few years for our last embryo. (shh don't tell my husband he's already stressing over the twins. LOL) I want to wish everyone luck and best wishes on your journey to becoming parents.

I can't express into words how thankful I am for Dr. Rudy Quintero! After 2 years of infertility I was recommended to him by a friend and I scheduled my appointment for October. His staff is super friendly and understanding, the office is really clean and calming. You don't feel like you're going to the dr, you feel at home! Well exactly 1 month after my appointment I finally got a positive & with only one round of Clomid! I know we got lucky but if it wasn't for Dr Quintero we still would be trying for our first baby. Thank you Dr Quintero, our miracle baby arrives Aug 2020!

My wife and I am very happy to choose the Care Fertility. We were trying to have baby for almost 4 years, and then we decided to check with Care Fertility for more information. Doctor is very professional and giving us detail information and advice about the IVF process. We started the process from 2018 Sep, and very glad that my wife is pregnant and due date is 10/07/2019. We are very grateful for all the people who helped us go through IVF, and especially thankful for Florrie. She helped us to explain detail about the insurance process, and encouraged us to be more positive for the baby. I would highly recommend Care Fertility for my friends who look for IVF treatment.

Me and my husband tried to have a baby for almost one year, but no any good news ,we were so disappointed, but when we went to Care Fertility for consultation first time, we saw hopes , all people from Care Fertility are friendly , patiently, and professional！after 2 month treatment , I am pregnant successfully, I am so happy and excited , all credit to Care Fertility , thanks to all the people over there!
