I went in today to pick up my 4 orders for the SAS sale and I was met with a lot of attitude and rudeness from some lady named Marina. I gave her my order numbers and info right off the bat and she was acting very condescending and giving me the third degree anyways. She was just standing around talking to another employee when I walked up and probably didn't want to work since the store was busy and she wasn't helping anyone. Some of the other employees were friendly and got my orders which I appreciated. If I do come back to this location I definitely will not be asking her for any help and I hope to be treated much better.

This review is for the employee named Alyssa with front Bangs, who worked on 03/01/2024 at 7:35pm. She needs to be properly trained on first of all scanning coupons. Girl is more worried about having the worlds longest nails and can't even get a coupon scanner to work. Didn't bother to wrap the candles I purchased, just left the glass out to bump each other in the bags. Bought several items and the bags were really heavy, I asked her for a second bag because the candles were heavy and didn't want them to break. She said "no". I had no idea she personally purchased the bags -_- Anywho, she took an eternity to ring me up and the least she could have done was properly wrap my candles so they wouldn't break and double bag my candles bag so they wouldn't tear. BUT MAJOR PROPS TO THE GIRL BESIDE HER WHO ACTUALLY DOES HER JOB RIGHT, I WITNESSED HER ACTUALLY WRAP CANDLES AND DOUBLE BAG HEAVY ITEMS FOR THE CUSTOMERS SHE HELPED. SHE WAS A SHORTER GIRL WITH BRONZE REDDISH LOOKING HAIR, GREAT JOB, YOU SHOULD SHOW ALYSSA HOW ITS DONE! I walked out of there beyond annoyed with her low quality cashier skills.

This store was fully stocked on everything from candles to hand soaps to fragrances. They always have good deals going on. I'd recommend for gifting or for products at home.

A bit out of the way for me but it's definitely one of the better stocked BBW that I have access to. Went here for Candle Day & they had the egg cartons for candles and the nice tote bags (at least for the first day) and even by the last day (even though pickings were slim), I managed to find some candle scents I've never seen before (classic / seasonal cross overs with the holiday scents, candles from the summer release, lots of fancy food based candles etc.). They also still had the Mahogany Teakwood INTENSE 3 wick candles that were all out elsewhere. Service is also fast and friendly. Solid location.

Worst online experience for online store pick up ever!! Never again. I purposely got in line because I needed to do a return on one of my online purchases I was about to get. I felt attitude from the associate when I couldn't pull up my online order. Tapping her pen aggressively on the counter as I apologized a few times for telling her I couldn't pull it up. The cell service is terrible. I asked if they could use my drivers license and they asked and tried to see if they could which I do appreciate, but I was dismissed quickly to go wait somewhere else and I was trying to explain I needed to do a return. She tells me I need to get back in line (which wasn't short by any means). I was finally able to pull up my order after waiting. I show them. I waited with other customers for their order and maybe about 7 minutes later, another associate carelessly gives my heavy bag of about 10 candles with my online body care purchase put inside the same heavy bag. I almost dropped it. Doesn't ask to check and see if I'm the correct person waiting for their order. For all I know I was given someone else's order at first. I gave up on the return. I'll take another loss from this. I love BBW, but I will never do the online store pick up again. Absolutely terrible!!

Purchased 6 very heavy items, about 7 pounds. The cashier refused to give us another bag for the items just in case the bag split open. Not professional.
