I recently took my very banged up & scratched Hyundai Tucson to Greg who is Georges grown son. He runs the detail department and has detailed many cars for me. He has always done great work but this time, I couldn't believe how my car looked. When he first looked it over he was confident that he would be able to get all the scratches & small dents out but I had my doubts. WOW! “I've got a 2019 Chevy Colorado I used to wash and wax myself fairly regularly but for reasons it's probably been well over a year if not two since it had a good cleaning so it was pretty darn dirty. Steve quoted me $250 to give it a complete exterior detail and a basic interior detail. When I picked it up it looked like fresh off the showroom floor. It ended up taking him longer than he originally estimated as there was some pretty embedded grime on it. “I was recently in an accident where the other driver was at fault. Fix Auto East LA was one of the repair shops his insurance recommended. I was a bit skeptical but the reviews were good and it was conveniently close to my house. Upon arrival everything about this shop was great. They were extremely nice and professional. Walking me through the entire process before hand. Because they were so friendly and made me feel so comfortable I decided to ask for a quote to fix my rear bumper. These damages were completely unrelated to the accident. The accident had damaged my front driver side but my rear bumper desperately needed to be repainted. I couldn't believe when they quoted me $220 to remove and paint the entire bumper. Every other quote I had gotten ranged from $400-$500! Of course I jumped at the opportunity! While my car was being repaired I got several phone calls and texts from Nancy with status updates. My car came out perfect!! Looks brand new again!! I couldn't be happier! Lord forbid I'm ever involved in another accident but if I am, I'll definitely be going back to Fix Auto!! Thanks guys!!”

“This past week we utilized Monterey Park Auto Collision to replace our front bumper after a driveway parking mishap, which resulted in it becoming partially detached. The staff was professional, courteous and honest, the costs were competitive and reasonable, and the repair was completed ahead of schedule! We received a high quality repair of the front bumper to factory-new condition. Even though we deferred replacing the rear bumper on this visit, we were pleasantly surprised upon pickup that the body repairers nevertheless made minor touch-ups in order to make the rear of the car more cosmetically presentable. Going to extra mile like this, on top of being an honest and reputable shop, really made an impression on us. “Good experience with the business which was also my first time using a mobile car detailer. They arrived on time and did a quality ceramic coating job for my Q7. Importantly, the majority of their time was spent on preparing the paint surface for the ceramic coating. They used Gtechniq crystal serum which is a quality product. This resulted in a very smooth and noticeably higher paint gloss due to the increased light reflectivity of the paint surface. I found the cost of the service to be reasonable too.”

Readily set and kept appointments. Was a perfectionist about the installation, which I greatly appreciated. “I'm very satisfied with the service that Johnny and his partner provided. I called one or two places and their rates were more expensive and they needed to use the garage to do the job, so I was happy to find that Johnny's prices were cheaper and more reasonable and we could just do it on the driveway, but the level of service was great. I had a pretty dirty car to begin with. I hadn't washed it in about 5 years interior or exterior and when he was done with it, the whole car smelled clean and looked fresh. All the stains that used to be there were gone. Johnny is very honest and wants to make sure you're taken care of. Something I didn't pay attention to was the forecast. The day after our original appointment was supposed to rain, but he called me the day prior to let me know it would be a shame to wash it only to have it rained on, so we scheduled for a future date, which I really appreciated. He looks out for his customers, and I really respect and value that. He's also a hardworker. He made the 2 hour drive to my place for our appointment time at 9, but he wakes up between 4-5, so it's no easy trek. Right as he was leaving, I was just sitting in the car and admiring the work and how clean and new everything looked and he stopped to make sure that I was satisfied with the job and if there were anything that might come up, to let him know. I appreciate the service! Very respectful and has a good attitude. If/when my car is too dirty to handle, I'll reach out to him again.”

My insurance wanted to give me an aftermarket part but they try their best to get me an original part which eventually did give it to me. They matched the color of my car to the point I can't tell where the damage was.
