Very bad service before starting a job they give you a price and when you finish the job they give you another scammer and the owner treats his clients badly by yelling at them when you ask him why he gives you one price and then another without respecting the previous one

How much is a reliable and trustworthy mechanic worth? I can't say enough good things about Arcadia Ultimate. I grew up in Arcadia, and Jeff was my tee-ball coach when I was kid. So of course I took my first car to him as a 16 year old, and have taken every car I've ever owned to him since. Even after I moved to the westside, and now live in the valley, I have always driven (or gotten my car towed) all the way to Arcadia to have my car worked on there. The reason is, they go above and beyond for their customers and absolutely NEVER push work onto you that is not needed. They'll tell you about issues to keep an eye on and will let you know when it's time to get something fixed or if it can wait. Whatever is needed to get done though, will be done reliably and at a fair price. Now my wife takes her car there too because I won't let her take it anywhere else! If you need a mechanic who will feel more like a family instead of someone who is trying to squeeze every penny out of you that they can, go to Arcadia Ultimate!

Took my newly bought 20 year old Camry to these guys and they went above and beyond a routine checkup! They really know what they're talking about and will take great care of you for an extremely fair price!

I brought my Honda Pilot in cause it was making a noise. Jeff and Roman were great. I need yo need a new timing belt. They got it done quickly and their pricing was reasonable. I won't take my car anywhere else.

Called and scheduled an appt for an oil change on a Thursday afternoon and they could see me the next morning!I appreciate the business was very responsive and upfront with the whole process. Before making the appt they told me what the cost would be and how long it would take. They stuck to their word too!Love that the business has friendly workers and is within walking distance of the metro, businesses and other things in Arcadia. Definitely will be back!
