My Chevy Cruze is pushing 200k miles and has a variety of issues, these guys were honest with me and told me that the issues weren’t worth fixing on the current value of my car. They could have just nickel and dimed me for various issues and the check, but they really helped me out. My plan was to just drive it a little more before I can get a new car, thank you for helping and confirming it’s at least safe to drive for a little more time. I was helping a friend of mine move some furniture in her 1950's vintage truck with a low tire. We stopped to fill it with air but had no tire guage or idea of how much air to put in. Fortunately for us, this auto shop was next to the gas station we stopped at. The manager was so kind he checked all 4 tires for her and even filled the low tire on her furniture dolly! So yes, there are still good men out there, and he is definitely one of them! He could have easily just checked the tire and sent us our way, but he went above and beyond. I think this speaks wolume to the type of quality and care you would get at this shop and I would not hesitate to bring my car her for service.

Broke down while on vacation and got towed to Arcadia Auto Service. Can I just say wow! Robert was at the desk when we came in and he was beyond professional and exceptionally pleasant to work with. What could have been an awful experience on a road trip breakdown turned out to be a blip on the radar! The auto shop was able to identify and fix the problem in about an hour and we were back on the road again! Wish we had these guys in our hometown in Phoenix. We are very grateful and appreciate of their quick work and the quality of service we received!!

They did my smog check. They are extremely efficient and got me in and out really quickly. They seem honest and if I need work, I will go back to them again.
