Very unprofessional, after agreeing on a price, and time they still sold the bike to someone else. I was never told I could leave a deposit. Do not recommend. Wasted an entire week on this business.

Had so much trouble finding financing and the bike I wanted , one phone call and he worked with my schedule, held the bike for me , gave me some tips and showed me how to load it, really amazing customer service, highly recommend getting a bike here, honestly the best experience I’ve had with any purchase.

Got a Ninja 400 ABS as my first bike after completing the MTC course. Great price great bike. Lyon is very helpful and answer all of my newbie questions.I would recommend this shop to anyone who want to buy a used bike.

What a pleasant experience this was. As a relatively new rider I was nervous about buying a bike and had so many questions. Lyon was quick to respond and schedule an appointment for the next day. He answered all my questions and then some. I never felt rushed. We got all the paperwork done the same day so I didn’t have to come back again. He also works with a delivery service which I was happy to learn given how far I live and the limited experience I had riding when I bought it.The shop is clean and tidy and feels like a place where bikes are loved and cared for.Lyon is a great guy and I would recommend this shop to anyone.Thank you!

I had a fantastic time getting my motorcycle from Lyon. He was very Professional, Kind, Knowledgeable, and very understanding. It was my first time buying a motorcycle and I am very glad it was from him. He made the process very easy, understandable, and was quick when I got there. I was in the market to purchase my first motorcycle but unfortunately most dealerships we’re turning me down due to my credit not being the best. I came across Arcadia Motorcycle Company and they approved me even with my credit history. It's reasonable to look at the motorcycle retail industry and assume that all dealerships, salesmen and purchasing experiences are the same. Lyon and his shop are one of the few exceptions to that fact. I had been seeing his bikes for sale on Facebook and Craigslist for a few weeks, while operating under the conviction that I would purchase from a private party only, not a dealer.But after being drawn back again and again to an SV650 he had, I decided to check out his Google and Yelp reviews and was quickly swayed to give a dealer a shot after all. Lyon runs a solo operation, and it's crystal clear that his mission is to help people get onto quality bikes at whatever terms are most suitable for their situation. The entire experience was painless, there were no hidden fees or markups, communication through email was timely and effective and Lyon was just as eager to help me get my bike at a specific time in my busy schedule as I was.There are not enough words to describe how much of a pleasure it's been to do business with Lyon, and I know I'll absolutely be right back at his door when I'm ready to move up to a bigger bike. This is the only dealer you should even consider doing business with, he sets the standard incredibly high and you won't regret it.
