De Lee is very nice and has a lot of patience and good standards, on the other hand staff is horrible, unreliable, layers and give the run around, unprofesional.

Visited in Feb 2023.\\nI would give 4 stars to the doctor who's kind and caring. He didn't give me unnecessary treatment instead he provided some advices on daily activity which can address my concern.\\nThe reason I am giving 1 star here because the lady at reception didn't have any manner.\\nWhen making appointment over the phone, she out of blue asked me if i can speak mandarin (it's understandable since majority in Arcadia is Asian) and when i said no she became rude over tone (that made me uncomfortable).\\nOn the day I visited, she said \\\"come with me\\\" without calling any name. At that time only me and an old couple were waiting. I asked \\\"Me?\\\". She said yes. She led me to a room, pointed to a chair, said \\\"sit there\\\". Very rude. I don't think it can be an excuse that her English might be not good. I wouldn't believe a front desk employee has difficulty saying something like \\\"please have a seat\\\" to people.\\nDr. Lee really needs to provide some trainings to his staff about communication and customer service.

Dr. Lee and his staff are amazing they always try to help you as much as possible, they will go out of their way to request authorizations and tend to patients with such compassion. My son has been going to him on and off since he was 10 years old and even when he has to have scary procedures Dr. Lee has helped him feel calm

Came here for wart removal. Doctors are pretty nice. But the billing is very fishy. I had two visits for wart removal. I was told that I only need to copay $8 for the treatment. I paid $8 copay each time. HOWEVER, they charged me for the office visit the second time but not the first time. I have never been told that I have to pay for the office visit when I was just there for the treatment. The front desk girl said that they would waive the office visit fee when we were here for treatments. How could they double charge me? And they never mentioned the office visit fee once. Hope they can give me an explanation.
