They fixed some significant damage, and my car now looks great. Knowing I was paying out of pocket, their guy Jack Li helped me reduce cost by pointing out what work would not be visible externally. He also gave me the option to get two expensive headlamps that the manufacturer no longer makes, so I did, and they installed them for only 0.8 hours of labor total.

This place is crazy expensive. And beware of the daily storage charge if you don't use their service. They don't advise you in advance.

I had an issue with a lower side body piece which came loose due to a "curb incident" on my Lincoln MKZ. I brought it in for a qoute. Lopez was able to repair the piece quickly on the spot. We were recommended to come here by the dealership and will return on our next incident.

On the way back home yesterday, a car behind my car bumped into my car when I was making a right turn, that driver didn't stop or pulled over but drove away...it was a hit and run...anyway I came to this shop for estimates to fix the scratches at left rear bumper, hoping the repair is lower than my $1000 deductible if going through insurance...Richard was very nicely nd professionally checking the damage on the paint and honestly told me that he would do the best to do the touch up...20 minutes later he came back with my car...Wow, yes a couple of thg them were still visible because they were too deep but it was more than expected and won't even notice it if not looking closely...good enough for me...the best part, Richard did not even charge a dime for it, which cost him the touch up material and labor...that was far beyond my expectation and thank you so much Richard! I strongly recommend this body shop in this neighborhood. Guys are very professional and the quality of work is excellent.

Excellent work performed, however make sure they respond and acknowledge any communication and do it in writing. They forgot to order parts and other details to perform the insurance claim. I felt like I was always on the phone between the bodyshop and State Farm Insurance.I would definitely bring my vehicle here for body/paint work as they are accustomed and trusted to refinishing six figure/high dollar makes like Maserati, Rolls Royce, Bentley, Mercedes and Advantage Ford recommended them to me for my 2016 F-150 Platinum SuperCrew 4×4

Very professional and friendly staff. Professional work completed on my 2005 Mercedes Benz to make it look like new. Not cheap but you get what you pay for.
