“I recently needed to deep clean my kitchen. I could not figure out how to get the baffle filters off my Kobe range hood. In desperation I called a number I found online for Kobe. To my surprise I even landed a live person who told me to send her a photo of the hood in an email that she was going to provide me first. Within 15 minutes she called me right back and told me how to remove them on my vintage Kobe hood.I was dumbfounded by such prompt and helpful Customer Service! You don't find that much anymore. THANK YOU!”
