Dr. Andrew Liao is young and very caring doctor. Yet, it is almost always impossible to make an appointment to visit without waiting for at least two weeks, even it is some sort of urgent. The office staffs always make sure that I am absolutely alone in my suffering.

Rudest office staff ever( speciallyt the office manager). They need to be trained to give proper customer service. Dr. Angella was my physician for last 12 years but now it's time to let her go due to that bad office manager. People don't deserved this type of behavior after paying for their service. Every single negative comments here are true.

One of the receptionist is terribly rude, I called to make an appointment for my Mom and she was super condescending ignored my questions and hung up on me. She is so bitter, a truly ugly ugly personality. I can’t imagine a less able person calling and being bullied by her. Big Adult Bully! Sadly. Doctors are great but they need to replace her with someone with common decency.

Dr. Andrew Liao is so patient and takes the time to listen to his patients concerns. The front off staff are clear and direct. They communicate expectation on co pays and there are never any surprises on billing. In addition, the front office process referrals in a timely manner. I am so grateful for Dr. Liao and his team!

Liyu Ms. Qiu is the best receptionist I have ever seen. She is very professional and patient. My English is not good, but she always listens to my appeals carefully and helps me solve my problems every time. Every doctor here is very nice and very patient in listening and helping. Best family doctor I have ever seen, thank you.

Dr Andrew has been my PCP for over 20 years. He and his staff have been very efficient in caring for mine and my families health.

I've been going to Dr. Liao for years. She's busy cause she's a good doctor and she cares. Her staff is wonderful too and yes they are busy office and if you're patient they will help you when they can. She's a good listener and gives good advice!

It is so hard to get an appointment. if they are not capable of handling a huge client population, please Stop taking NEW clients. I have been trying to get an appointment since April (3 months) and I still can’t get an appointment. I will definitely change to another new family doctor.

I can relate to all the negative reviews below. Dr. Andrew was my family doctor for two years, but I decided to change the family doctor. First of all, the staffs there are rude and disrespectful, especially the office manager who sits in the front, wears a pair of glasses with short hair and speaks Mandarin. This lady is rude, insolent and disrespectful. I was supposed to receive a prescription from Dr. Andrew Liao during the visit, but this lady asked me to get out of the waiting room, made payment first without giving the prescription to me, and said that you were done for the visit. I came here for the prescription, made the payment, saw the doctor, and left without the prescription. Isn't it so funny and ironic? Why would I come for a visit? What service was I paying for? I asked her to clarify with Dr. Andrew as I was supposed to get the prescription. She was angry and annoyed. She ignored me and complained a lot to Dr Andrew. And then this lady said in a disrespectful way, "You can change family doctor to someone else. We have lots of patients come to see us. We don't need to see you. You don't like it, just change it". Therefore, I changed the family doctor to someone else. I would not recommend this Dr Andrew Liao's Office to anyone. I don't see any appreciation from the staff and doctor for the old patients. They are super nice to attract new patients, but they treat the old patients like shits. As long as they keep attracting new patients to come and earn lots of money, they don't care about their services and attitudes toward the old patients. Last but not least, it is always difficult to make appointments. The phone line is always busy and transfers to voice mail. Even though you are lucky enough to call in, you will get the appointment scheduled for a month later. It is useless and wastes your time. Again, I don't recommend this doctor office to anyone. The office manager is rude, insolent and disrespectful. She is the worst clinic staff I have ever seen in my life.

I have been trying to get an appointment since April, for the past 3 months, no one get back to me. if they can't handle a large client population, why keep on taking NEW customers? I will definitely change to another doctor. also, last time i saw Dr. Angela, I asked for Antibiotics for my throat and cough (back in December 2022). She refused. She only wants to prescribe me cough syrup. I know my body. even though she is an expert, but her NOT prescribing me any antibiotics, my cough have been ongoing for the past 7 months (from December 2022 till now July 2023). She is horrible. Maybe she wants to prescribe only cough syrup at first and when that doesn't work, to see her again for antibiotics... to collect another copay of $10? To always go back to her for visits (to collect more copay $$)?

I can relate to many of the negative reviews here. I should've read them before signing up.Also, this practice doesn't have patient portal. You will be charged if you request your own medical record.

Dr. Angela L. is exactly how other reviewers described...rude, uncaring, and dismissive. Maybe being old is getting to her. I plan to switch doctors.
