Won't do a spouses registration duplicate even know we have same address and we both are on the same AAA. but I am able to go to a kisok in ralphs without a problem.

I've been a member for 43 years I've always had good service till now. All I needed was a registration renewal. I arrived at 10 am and didn't get served for 45+ minutes. NOT RIGHT!! COME ON GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER. Easy transactions should be in and out like they used to be... NO EXCUSE

This Arcadia office is the worst AAA office I have been , poor service I been in a lot of AAA offices they are almost the same wait time for any services eg. Car Regis. is 5 minutes. I was ask to be seated waited about 40 minutes to call my name. Finally I ask the lady on the counter if takes this long wait. She ask my name and she said my name was already called. I was really pissed , because I know they did not call my name, nor I I heard my name , come on! It’s not a big place , unless they whisper or simply ignore .

I was disappointed with the guy who was suppose to give my mom a quote on insurance, he was just lazy and didn't want to quote for us, basically a total waste of time for us and there was nobody waiting as well, so I don't know what his deal was. It is something that I could do on the computer online but we were right there and he wouldn't help us. Terrible service and I had AAA since I started driving.

Monday morning at 9:08 am, I walked in and it was empty, at 8:32am, I rechecked and was told I was bumped out of the system. REsigned in, and waited 10 minutes, I asked to talked to the manager, 5 minutes, manager came up and told me I will be called asap. In short, from my one hour observation at the pretty empty place, the staffs tried to avoid doing my notary!!! It is because those who came in after me was called up and bypassed me!!! So it took one hour for 3 signatures notary in a Monday morning with empty waiting line. Go figure.

Is it me or is it just a Monday? The moment I walked in the receptionist was not very nice. When I got shuffled to the back for an insurance rep, he was very short with me. I can feel he thought I was wasting his time. All I wanted was to take a car off the policy and don't want to pay for the days I don't have it until I get a new car. He said I can't do that until I get the new car and I will be prorated (I hope so). I know it may be only a few bucks saved, but it's still money. Next time I'll call for the rep I open my insurance with at this office. He was much more patient.

Avoid the travel agency like the plague. They systematically tried to rip off me and my family with hotel pricing under the guise that they "don't make money off the travel service." I'm sure they do through their more expensive "vendors." Do yourself a favor if you're even slightly decent at using the internet: book hotels yourself - something our travel agent tried to discourage me from doing (I suspect because they know you can save money by doing so)! They tried to charge my family upward of $100 PER NIGHT more than the same exact hotel charged going directly through them. I believe they are untrustworthy and will purposefully not find you the best rate simply because they don't care about you, your family, or your vacation; just like every insurance company, they only care about making money.

I was literally in the building for 6 minutes. I had no appointment, I walked in, told them I needed to renew my car registration, they told me to wait in a short line, called me right away and processed everything quickly. I highly recommend to renew your tags here. There is a 3% charge when paying with a cars though.

Service here was exceptional. Everyone of your employees was courteous. However, I am writing this to inform management of a toxic musty smell in the building . There's a leak or damage that needs fixing the carpet had a rancid ,musty, scent and it overwhelmed my senses .Making it extremely uncomfortable to be inside the office for a long period of time. I do hope someone tends to this problem.

Probably the worst Triple A around. It's so sad because their decline in professionalism & customer service has definitely declined in the past few years. It used to be an A+ association but now it's an F place. Been a member for over 13 years and they canceled my policy, had to reinstate and made me open a new policy, which is bonkers. No loyalty. I had an encounter with a male insurance agent and he rushed me out of his office in less than 3 minutes because he had a "more important client." Sir, what? This place has mediocre workers. Not only that but they gossip about their clients EVEN when you are the client sitting in the chair. I don't think I'll ever come back here.
