Joe, the heart of the shop, provided service that went far beyond the standard. He not only ensured the car was impeccably repaired, but he also took measures to make me, as a customer, feel valued and content. The craftsmanship is so precise that my car now looks as if it's just rolled off the showroom floor - there's not a hint that it was ever damaged. Even though the repairs took a bit longer, Joe ensured it was because he was securing the best - using genuine BMW parts for an uncompromised fix. Throughout this time, he kept me informed, provided a loaner vehicle, and was transparent about the process, sharing proof of the authentic parts used. AJ's Auto Body & Repair has set a new standard for what I expect from a body shop. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone needing honest, high-quality car repairs. I had the front of my car obliterated when a piece of plywood was launched into my car on the freeway. AJ's Auto Body & Repair did such an amazing job fixing the damage and getting my car back to the state it was when I first bought it. They were so nice and I did not feel treated any differently just because I'm a woman. I would recommend them 100% and definitely go to them again for any future auto body needs.
