4-9-2024 I bought World Daily with one dollar, and the Mexican lady wearing a black mask said One ten. I hesitated, and Miss Mo said it again. I took out another dollar, and Sister Mo blurted out next time, about There were several people standing behind me early in the morning, and she was too lazy to change the money. Two weeks later, when I went to another store and the price was still 0.75, I suddenly realized that Sister Mo had increased the price without permission.

Avoid this 7/11 location if possible. This is the first and last time I am going to this 7/11. The cashier, around late 50s early 60s balding man, is one of the rudest cashiers I've ever come across. There was nobody in line and there was no pen at the CA Lottery booth, so I asked him if he had a pen I could borrow or I could give him the numbers. He yelled back at me to say stop wasting his time and go over there, pointing at the booth. I told him that there is no pen and he threw a pen at me and yelled at me to go away to do fill out the lottery ticket. After filling out my numbers for the lottery ticket, I went by the slurpie station but it was messy and sticky on the floor. The cherry slurpy came out like water instead of an icee. A lot of bad in this store and zero good.

I am only leaving a one star review because of how horribly I was treated today by a male employee who looked like he was in his 20's to 30's. Every other time was pleasant and I was treated with good customer service and respect. This employee asked for my ID and I was annoyed admittedly. My dad was ahead of me and I wanted to pay for myself, but they both kept insisting that I pay with him which annoyed me further. So when I put my ID down on the counter; it bounced and flew to his side. It was an accident. I muttered, "Sorry." The employee took it as a threat and kicked me out and threatened to call the cops. I left immediately. Never coming back to this location again. Unfriendly and horrible attitude unfit for customer service.

This is my local 711 and I appreciate the friendly staff. Sometimes the ATM machine is not working so that can be annoying and sometimes there is a homeless person outside asking for money or just cracked out but you'll be fine if you're fast about getting in and out lol. The parking can also suck when it's busy but when it's not busy it's easy to park in the front.

This small supermarket is at the crossroads, between two large supermarkets. The parking lot at the entrance is not small, and the parking and transportation are very convenient. Everything is complete, and the attitude of the waiters is also very good.

This 711 and the one down the street always say their system is down when I want to add money to my Cashapp or if I want to buy a gift card. So then I have to drive to El Monte to their 711. Don’t advertise if you don’t want anyone to add money to their Cashapp. That’s an inconvience and false advertisement. Rude too.

i was in line here one time and the guy in front of me pooped his pants, like a lump formed from his butt and dont ask why i was looking at his butt i was probably dazing off or something. regardless, i come here for a chocolate muffin sometimes theyre pretty good

One of the many 7-Eleven locations in the SGV area. Located in a small plaza, not connected to the Albertsons plaza. You can walk to it from Albertsons but the parking lots do not connect.Typical 7-11 set up. Came for coffee. All the flavors were full and ready, lately, some locations have had only a few types only.Service was fine, pay first, then you get your cup to fill, COVID processes now. XL Coffee - $2.39

Dumbest employee working the late shift here barely speaks English and tells me ni-how when I come I'm and im not even Chinese!!! He Made a mistake and gave me more lines then I wanted on the lotto and then tells me I have to pay for it because he made a mistake of giving me 10 lines equals to 20 dollars not 10 dollars worth like I wanted. Even with a mistake or misunderstanding you don't force the customer to pay for it now and with attitude on top of that. What Kind of service is that I'm Not paying for anything I wasn't planning to buy.
