COUNT YOUR CHANGE WHEN YOU PAY CASH! The guy shorted me $5 the first time and the second time I caught it I went back not even 5 minutes later and the guy in the morning asked what time I came like I didn’t just leave the store. So make sure you double count the money they give you back.

ALERT!!! FOR THE PAST 5 YEARS EVENING STAFF, INCLUDING AN ELDERLY MAN THAT APPEARS TO BE ONE OF THE OWNERS PARTICULARLY IF YOU ARE A WOMAN, ARE TREATED AND SPOKEN TO IN A VERY DISRESPECTFUL!!! MANNER. THEY ASK FOR A DISCRIPTION OF YOUR EXPERIENCE. BUT THE POOR EXTREME BEHAVIOR TOWARDS YOU AS A CUSTOMER REMAINS HORRIBLE!!! THERE ARE SEVERAL SIMILAR COMPLAINTS !!!YET IF IT WASN'T FOR CUSTOMERS THEY WOULDN'T EVEN STAY IN BUSINESS. THEY HAVE MADE IT CLEAR BY THEIR ACTIONS IN HOW THEY TREAT YOU THAT THEY DO NOT CARE. COMPLAINING NEVER CHANGES THIS BUSINESS IN TERMS OF BETTER TREATMENT TOWARDS THE CUSTOMER AT ALL. AT LEAST IN THE 5 YEARS THAT I HAVE BEEN A RESIDENT. SHAME ON THIS LOCATION!!! THEY NEED TO BE BOYCOTTED JUST TO GET THEM TO EVEN TAKE NOTICE. THE RESPONSE, IS TO GIVE DETAILS OF OUR EXPERIENCE. BUT THE OUTCOME REMAINS THE SAME SADLY !!!THE CASHIERS AT NIGHT AND THE ELDERLY MAN THAT WEARS A TURBAN OR A BASEBALL HAT IS EXTREMELY!!!! DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE !!!!

Almost $7.50 for a 3 pack of rubbers? That's two United States dollars and fifty cents PER NUT! Hardworking Americans can't even afford to bust in this economy!! The people demand that congress takes action on this turgid outrage, we're too hard up and I won't stand for it

I came a few times to this exact 7 eleven to try to get some latte and taquitos, and EVERY TIME the latte machine is NEVER WORKING or they are just too lazy to add more. Also, does anybody else feel as if the young gentlemen that works in the mornings around like 9am has like an attitude?! He doesn't talk much... but, like when you first walk in the door first thing he does is stare at you like he's "mad dogging you" lol. Every time I come in there first thing I do is say Hello! And nope nothing from him or any of their workers, besides them staring at you so meanly. Also when I check-out, I tell them thank you! And same NOTHING, just stares at me so meanly. Does anybody else get that experience? customer service from the mornings shifters is NON-EXISTENCE.

The most recent event Involving someone ramming their vehicle in to this 711 sums up why I hate this 711. By no means I support what happened and I'm happy no one was hurt by such a cowardly act. But the people that work here will make you go crazy. Customer service or any service at that is non existent here. I'd rather drive all the way to the temple city location than come here.

I've stopped by the 7-Eleven on Baldwin many times. Everything is laid out and very easy to find everything that you need. You've got all the refrigerated drinks to the left wall, the hot food by the registers, and then all the snacks and convenience items in the aisles.What always impresses me the most is how efficient and quickly the workers at the registers do their job. When I'm there in the morning, it's pretty busy but that worker is able to bounce between the two registers to help accommodate more of the customers and to be able to get them out of the store soon as possible as well. I was very impressed by the efficiency and the speed I was able to get out of the store.Sign up for their rewards program so you can rewarded for making purchases.

After reading the other reviews I realize I'm not the only one who was ripped off at this store. I came here yesterday at around 2-3 PM to buy some chocolates and the cashier working there was a bearded guy probably in his 20s and when I got home I realized one of my chocolate bars were missing and I checked the receipt and it showed that I was charged for it so I go back and as soon as I walk in and he sees me his eyes widen and his body stiffens proving that he knows damn well what he did and before I even take out the receipt to show him which item I'm missing he gives me back my chocolate bar and says "sorry" in such an awkward tone. I will never come back here again. I'd rather drive the extra mile to go to another 7-11 than to go to this thief town.
