Had a wonderful time working with Connie on a dispute on my account. Even though it was likely something I could have done in my own time, Connie stayed with me for the 1.5+ hours of navigating the WF phone services. Her customer service was incredible! Thank you, Connie!

So far Attorney general in NYC, CA, MI, the FDIC, OCC, FBI, cfpb (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau) have all been contacted regarding this matter. Let's hope for the best. Apple Bank & Wells Fargo Bank are not squeaky clean either. We are not going to stop until our funds are safely returned by Well Fargo/Apple Bank.

Complaint Detail/Inquiry Information:We have been Loyal customers of Harlem Savings Bank (now called Apple Bank) since 1980 and I have no qualms with the service that I have been receiving. We trust them so much that we put ALL my eggs in their basket. Meaning, all CD's, checking accounts (for which our pay comes in through separately), Personal IRA, Money market, and a Joint savings account that is required to maintain a minimum balance, so you see, ALL of our financial hard work, and efforts flow through Apple Bank. Recently my spouse, Rosaelisa Diaz (who has unlimited access went without my authorization) withdrew a very large amount and caused the balance to fall short from the required minimum. Not only was John Diaz not notified of such transaction, I erroneously went ahead and electronically sent the funds without my husband's consent to some designated location (see above address), so when he got wind of it, I immediately went back the VERY NEXT DAY and had the wire (with a lot of money) recalled from Apple. Sadly, enough we are now being told (by Well Fargo) that it is TOO LATE and that the end target (alias Gregory McMillin, of 222 South Pinegrove Ave., Waterford Township, MI 95003, Their a/c#98 979 9985 5374 9621 at Wells Fargo) REFUSES to return our funds, which he coerced fraudulently, so we are now out of these hard-earned funds. We are so distraught that this happened, and that Wells Fargo & APPLE Bank didn't & does not want to aggressively recoup our money, for which we have no other choice then to get the New York Attorney General (s) involved, and we will be motioning to WITHDRAW & CLOSE out all six major accounts we have with them (if our funds are not credited) to go elsewhere to start a whole new relationship. 43 years of loyalty now out the window, & so much for FDIC. Don't believe the hype. We were outright swindled under false pretense, & Well Fargo & Apple Bank does nothing to help. We are not going to stop pursuing what was manipulated from us. ~Very UN-happy with the turn out. My spouse & I are keep being told that legal or someone will be calling, yet no one ever called us back or any hope of having our $11,700.00 returned safely into our account. Also, all we are being told is: By Apple Bank, "talk to Well Fargo" & Wells Fargo tells us: "talk to Apple Bank" neither one wants nothing to do with the mishap, yet, all Wells Fargo needs to do is debit Gregory McMillin's account & return it to it's rightful owners at Apple Bank Hopefully the attorney general will investigate this HOAX & bring justice to the innocent! This is to respond to Alfredo, since you claim that my review is of concern to you. I would like for you to assist in claiming these funds that one of your customers stole from us. I already contacted my local police department and I am also in the process of contacting other law enforcement agencies as well. My suggestion to you and Wells Fargo is not get in the way of the investigations that are up and coming. I have been suggested by our bank and law enforcement for Wells Fargo to assist and not sit back and allow a criminal to get away with Grand Larceny.

Came in to get coins but they keep changing the amount that people can get. Thats fine (it's not the tellers fault) but one of the people who wasn't serving me went out of her way to be rude to me about it. Not a great look for a bank that is known to have customer service problems.

I think its very lame that you close at 5pm! Its very difficult for people that work till 5 to get in to do any banking transactions! Its not going to make any difference with this whole "COVID" INCONVENIENCE, if you stay open an additional hour/hour and a half. Please return to your normal hours of operation. Itd be very much appreciated to have the access to my account with the hours i signed up for. This was whole reason why I chose to bank with Wells Fargo in the first place. Not to mention all the money you've made off me and everyone else in all your overdraft happy fees for the last 25+ years!

I'm not a fan of big banks, BUT, I have had my Fells Fargo account for many years and they've always come through for me. I pay very close attention to my monthly statements and keep tabs on cash flow so I don't get into a scenario where I have to pay them to access or move around MY money. My local branch in Aptos is really fab. The tellers, bankers, and security guards are friendly and awesome. Over the years, there've been about 4 times where hackers have stolen my card info and charged various things to my card. Twice it was just a few hundred dollars, but the other two times it was over $1400. Each time, WF noticed something was amiss, even before I did, contacted me immediately, and took care of it quickly and efficiently. Never once was I held liable for the stolen money and each time was reimbursed immediately (pending investigation, of course). I am not a wealthy woman, but I appreciate this branch and I must admit, I appreciate WF. As I mentioned in the beginning, I am not a fan of big banks, but I have been treated well by WF.

This is the best Wells Fargo in this area. The people are knowledgeable and very friendly. I get greeted at the door by name by Ridge. (one of the best tellers here) I love this branch!

I had the pleasure of banking with Maria Garcia today, I set up a bank account (after switching banks) she helped me thoroughly and explained everything so I could understand which made me feel a lot better because she really took her time with me. Maria was very nice and personable:) I loved my experience with her and the bank itself was 10/10!

I have recently moved to Aptos, and I am transferring my banking activities to this Wells Fargo location. I have been very impressed with the personal attention I received from the manager Daniel Tovar, and his staff. They have gone out of their way to accommodate all my banking needs in a very professional manner. Every bank may suffer from varying degrees of customer service satisfaction, but if I could give this bank more than five stars. I would! From account management to mortgage refinancing and financial planning, this particular branch goes over the top. I feel that I have received stellar service from this bank, and I intend to continue all my banking needs here at Wells Fargo.

I have banked with Wells Fargo for decades. Usually there customer service has been fine. I went in to make a transaction I've made a 100 times, including recently. With 0 problems, ever. This time they refused to help me and were extremely snotty. They stated they are following a long standing policy. The only difference between this time, and every other time, is I'm now visibly disabled. I believe I was presumed to be a scammer. Horrible, degrading experience. Horrible bank.
