“Never rented from Penske before but will do so from this business from now on. :-) Better availability on trucks at the time we rented than other rental companies. Good easy-to-drive truck. Best was the straightforward, friendly service. The onsite mgr was able to lower my total slightly, and took the time to make sure our truck was in good shape and our trip went OK. Easy pickup and drop off too. Highly recommend!!”

“This is about the Soquel Home Depot. I was looking for a Milwaukee drill that was on sale. The internet was showing three in stock at that price.The problem was that Home Depot has all this inventor spread out in multiple locations so you cannot find anything. Two home depot representatives spent at least 30-45 minutes trying to help me find one of those drills. Sure enough they did and were successful. This is a five star review, thanks to those that helped me. As for the store, management needs to do better in indicating where store inventory is located. Add RFID tags if needed to pinpoint the location within the store so customers/employees don't have to waste 45 minutes looking.”
