We talked to several lenders when starting the process to buy our first home. After just a few minutes of talking to Mark, I knew we would go with him and the cross-country team. Looking back I am SO glad we did. Again and again Mark proved to us he was looking out for our long-term financial well-being. As first-time homebuyers, Cross Country patiently walked us through the whole process.
Mark KNOWS the mortgage business. You cant beat decades of experience in Santa Cruz County. The whole Cross-Country Mortgage team was phenomenal. They were professional, available to answer any questions, and most importantly highly experienced. They made a complicated escrow feel easy. 10/10 I would work with Mark and Lucas again.

Mark and Lucas Junod are the best mortgage team you could ask for. They were fast and efficient and have a network of professionals can get everything you need to close lined up quickly. We managed to close escrow early even with several hiccups on my side. If you are looking for mortgage loan officers to serve you right then you should go with the Junod team!

Mark Junod has been great to work with. A true professional. I originally contacted him a couple of years ago about a possible re-fi, but after a complete review, he recommended that the timing was not correct for me, given what I was trying to achieve. Imagine that -- recommending something that would not get him a commission! More recently, though, my goals had changed, and the timing was right, and the process was smooth and Mark was great to work with.
