This store is begging to go out of business. I've purchased shoes there several times and had unpleasant experiences. Today I vowed never to return. Last time [1 month ago] the service was really poor. The woman was disinterested and unfriendly. Yesterday, I stopped in because I really like the shoes I bought and want another pair. At 3:00 p.m. the store was closed. No note on door. Today the same woman was there and she was downright rude. Came home and ordered them on Amazon at a discount. Wanted to shop local but couldn't. As far as I'm concerned, she can close the store for good.

I've been in three times and each time the gal working has been helpful and attentive. Always a good experience. Also unique collection. Definitely recommended

No stars for this place. Fabulous shoes in a small space. Unfortunately could not get the sales associate to acknowledge my existence. No greeting no May I help you. Perhaps it was because I didn't look like her typical clientele? Wondering if it was because I am Mexican and didn't fit her idea of someone who could drop $500 for a pair of shoes. The joke is on her - I can and I do. Just not at the Shoe Fetish in Aptos. Carmel - here I come.

I have purchased many pairs of shoes and boots for my wife and was very happy with the quality. As far as price ,have you shopped B Hills lately or DTSF ,market st area well this place is a thrift store. I've never had a problem with any one that works there and it's been 15 yrs of purchases And no they don't know me on site just twice a year a pleasant visit.

I wish I could give a zero star. Wost customer service I've ever had, and the general manager was one of rudest people I think I've ever done business with. If it weren't for the store credit I now have, I would avoid this place like the plague! Shoe selection isn't all that great, and the prices seem a bit too high. Also, the return policy is terrible.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I walked into this store and the owner was too busy with her phone to help me. I walked throughout the store and still not a word. As I walked toward the door I told her thank you, which finally got her too be her face from her phone. I told her that she hasn't acknowledged me, and I thought it was rude. She caught herself before calling me "sweetheart", saying they were having a computer problem. I asked her name and she said she was the owner and I was being rude. Well, you can suck it lady. You will never have my business, and according to previous posts you and your staff should check your customer service skills... Sweetheart.

It has sort of been a tradition to buy my mom something unique here every birthday since I was 16. Great brands without having to go to San Francisco. Please carry men's shoes and save me the drive to San Francisco!

Wonderful shoes, some staff friendly, but others aloof and snobby. Would give a better review if pleasant rather than feeling you are taking up their time. Store policy: credit only for returns. Jane

This store did not hold up to its promises-I was told if the size I ordered wasn't correct when they got to the store they could easily order a smaller size. Well, they came in - I bought them, took them home and felt they were too big. I took them back to the store, asked for a smaller size- the owner said they couldn't get them and wouldn't give me a refund, even tho she promised she could get the smaller size- I protested this she said she would call me back and ever another word. I am stuck with a pair of shoes that are too big. Bad policy and customer relations .
