This is a nice little boutique store with a good selection of shoes. They carry Blundstone, Lems, Dansko, Teva, etc. the women who helped me was great.

I love the variety of socks and the European shoe selection. The sales staff is helpful and attentive. I have shopped at the Sock Shop for a long time. Their selection and courteous crew is what gives this business staying power.

While vacationing in Aptos, I chose to purchase a new pair of shoes at this store. Great atmosphere, very kind and knowledgeable staff. I chose a pair a Hokas and they were very knowledgeable about the product and choices to fit my needs. When I had a small issue with the shoes, they were extremely helpful in making sure I was happy with the purchase. I am happy to recommend this store.

Best selection of socks on the planet. Fun ones, wool ones, cashmere ones. Great shoe collection as well with knowledgeable people to help. I have a hard time with shoes fitting since I have neuropathy. I need a brick and mortar store so I can try things on. Bought 2 pairs of boots that are sooo comfortable.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable! They have a lot of great brands that I love, and super cute socks. Wish they sold a few kids shoes and had more options in Dansko but still prefer to come here than going all the way downtown!

I went in to just look at one pair of shoes... I left with two, plus other treats! They had the exact pair of hiking/walking shoes I have been looking for. After picking out my Merrells, I took a look at their sale items and found the most perfect pair of sandals. I have been looking for sandals for a while now and these were everything I have wanted and on sale! The customer service was great and the employee had so much knowledge about shoes and what would work best on my type of feet. I felt very safe shopping in public as they have a hand sanitizing area at the entrance of the shop and more sanitizer at the cash register. All customers must wear a mask and everyone complied with that rule. This is such a cute shop and I feel great knowing my money is staying local.

I've been having foot problems (does this come with aging too?) and I was desperate enough to risk shopping for shoes in this new Aptos store. What a relief to get the right shoes with Jennifer's skilled, knowledgeable and empathetic help. Great experience!

We got some cute sandals and some great socks for my mom, who uses a wheelchair and lives in a nursing home. The clerk was very nice and patient with us, and she's very happy with what she got! Plus they have so many awesome socks there!

I entered the store this evening with the intention of purchasing a new pair of sandals. I was not acknowledged at any point during my time in the store, after waiting near the sandals for over five minutes. I was the only customer in the store.A stark and unfortunate contrast to the location downtown Santa Cruz, where I have received quality service each time I have visited.
