I called them over a week ago and no call back, so I called them today and the lady was RUDE! She said "I'm not taking new clients because I'm booked for months" like she is mad at me for it?! So she asked if I have a regular groomer? I said yes but I'm not very happy with them...if your booked for months out and not taking new clients then why ask me? Not like your gonna make room? So then I said "ok that's fine I'll look for somewhere else"and she said " good luck places are booked out for months" AND? What do you care...your not gonna help me, so KINDLY tell me that your sorry, you can't take new clients and that your booked, but maybe leave a number for in the future if openings are available..also leave a damn message on your machine saying you are not taking new clients!! Then maybe you wouldn't seem so bothered when someone calls interesting in supporting your buisness! By the way...I found a amazing groomer for tomorrow not months

Kaila takes excellent care of our two dogs. Our terrier is a little antisocial, but he always loves going to see Kaila, and both he and our Chihuahua mix come back to us happy, clean, and extra cute.

Kaila is the best groomer I have ever been to. I have two mini schnauzers, 14 years old and 1 year old. She treats the 14 year old with so much patience, and takes time working around all her aches and pains of age. The 1 year old is on the hyper side, but she spends time working with her to keep her calm during the grooming process. I love how the dogs are allowed to stay out of cages while each is groomed.

First of all, I simply called for a quote this afternoon and was stuck on the phone for an eternity hearing this woman go on and on and on about their grooming process for specialized skin issues. She kept clamoring over herself several times and not making much sense. After about 8 minutes of this she finally revealed she doesn't charge a flat rate, rather she charges $75 per hour and depending on my dogs needs it'll be minimum $75. I get businesses trying to make money of course but my goodness... get your sales pitch together and just be upfront!

Kaila is super talented and so good with the pups! I am a volunteer with Peace of Mind Dog Rescue and the job she has done on the two pooches that I help with is magical! She is great with 'difficult' dogs, or dogs who are unsure. Thank you so much for sprucing up Libby and Sushi! They are even more lovable now, everyone wants to pat them!

I just have to say that I was lucky enough to get in with Kaila when she first opened, she booked up quickly. She not only does an amazing groom on both my poodles, but she is also very calm, patient and gentle. My little 5 pound poodle Tinerbell must be handled carefully and she is alway happy afterwards. I trust Kaila with my babies ♥️

This review is so long overdue... I am grateful to have found Kaila for filing my crazy Daisy's nails. Daisy is a very anxious rescue pup that is learning to trust people so trying to trim her nails at home was quite a challenge. Even the techs at our vet struggled to do it and never got through all four paws. From the very first visit at Royal Paw Spa - Kaila had a calm presence, handled Daisy with love and compassion, and was not rattled at all by Daisy's crazy mom who's eyes were full of tears knowing her pup was nervous/anxious. A year, and many nail trims later, Kaila continues to be patient and caring with Daisy in each interaction - even using calming essential oils. While you can't schedule appointments for nail filing - Kaila is always very responsive and willing to find times that work. I've generally been able to get in same day. Super grateful we found Kaila and the Royal Paw Spa!
