I LOVE this Rite Aid because even though they always seem understaffed, they go out of their way to help their customers. Everyone is great there, but this Shout Out goes out to Heather, the manager (I hope I have her name right). So i went into the store today to buy the large bottle of Listerine, and I grabbed 2 of them when I saw a sign saying "2 for $8". Well when I got up to the checkout, the nice customer service lady told me they were actually 10.99 a bottle, and the sign must have been wrong. So the manager and I walked back to the aisle, and she saw that the price sticker sign was in the wrong spot, BUT she gave both bottles to me for $8 anyway, even though I didn't ask her to. Now THAT is great customer service!

Except for two workers this place is great. Xavier and I think it's Allie are rude and unhelpful. The rest of the people are pretty good.

I love the products and everything is super organized and easy to find. I will say though I started working near the store in Aptos and so I just started going their more often and 2 times I have been there the same lady has been working the cash register, I think her name is Peggy, and both times she has been extremely good and has rolled her eyes at me and rushed me out of the store when I still wanted to ask a few questions, their was also nobody else in line behind me. I was also trying to ask for a price check on a few items that she had already scanned because she started scanning before I could ask any question she then told me to just read the price on the read then rolled her eyes. I then was trying to point to something because i was trying to separate what I did and did not want and she grabbed it and hid it under her hand… it made things a little difficult. She did something similar to my friend when she wanted to check out. When she acted like this the first time I thought maybe she was just having a bad day but treating a customer like this multiple times does not sit right with me. I have also heard complaints from other friends and family. Not to mention it is just her so it is kind of hard to avoid her. Not to mention when it’s time to pay it does not say on the reader ti tap or insert your car then so I am always unsure when to do so because she just stands their and then gets mad at me when I have not already paid…. I try and make it into a joke or sum just to lighten the mood but she just rolled her eyes… really nice store and I love the products just not so big on the customer service.

Rite Aid Aptos filled my prescription immediately after Urgent Care called it in. I was impressed at how quickly it was done. They called today to check on another prescription I had been taking. This is the personal service I think we should expect from pharmacies. Thank-you Rite Aid!

The nice old lady at the register was hilarious and super patient while I crashed through my first door dash shopping experience. I pray she gets a living wage for putting up with us young stupid people moving so fast. She saved my life that night. I slowed my roll and watched a big rig run a stop light and would have done me in if I was moving as fast on my way out as I was on my way in. Respect your elders they made it this long for a reason!
