Our project involved a comprehensive remodel, taking the house down to the studs, enlarging the structure which required foundation work, installing new plumbing and electrical systems, and renovating bathrooms and kitchens. We also replaced two second-floor decks and upgraded the exterior from wood siding to stucco.

Carrey excellently managed the project, coordinating various subcontractors (electrical, stucco, drywall, plumbing) with minimal delays and ensuring materials were ordered and delivered on time. While the subcontractors employed by John were generally excellent, we did encounter issues with the plumber assigned to our project. However, John promptly addressed this and had the plumbing company correct any issues to our complete satisfaction.
