This is a horrible company with horrendous customer service. I would give them zero stars if possible. They have extended wait times to get products. When you call the main phone line it is difficult to get a hold of a person and when you do get a hold of a person they are extremely rude. Insurance companies and Doctors should not refer patie to them.

They are only getting one star because there are no options for negative stars! I have been trying to get my cpap supplies from these people for over 6 months now. There is no end to their reasons for failure. The latest was them saying my insurance had been cancelled. It hasn't. I read them my insurance # and it was the one they had. She was able to verify it while I was on the phone. The service with this company is some of the worst I've ever experienced.

I was prescribed a cpap machine in June and it is now March 29. In the past ten months I would call periodically to find out the status of my order, not once did I get a phone call or updated information from Pulmonary Solutions. I received a phone call on or around March 16 stating the machine had arrived. I began to call Pulmonary Solutions on Monday, March 20, and after several calls and was directed to billing where I was told because the machine was ordered in June of last year I would need reauthorization from my doctor. Please note, , not once did I get any updates on my order. I called Dr. Hart.’s office and they called in the authorization. I called Pulmonary Solutions starting on Monday, March 27 and was routed through their system and left several voicemails. I did speak in person to someone in billing who stated she would call me back that day with information and never followed through. To date I have placed a total of eleven phone calls . A couple of those phone calls never went through and I was simply hung up on . Every time I did speak to someone , they would begin by telling me that they had tried to contact me and I would tell her that I had been calling back to no avail. I would then been transferred to * someone who was from their desk and to please leave a message “ I received a call back yesterday with an appointment for 10:30 AM this date. I am not happy with the service I have received…

It has been a horrid experience from day one. A complete newbie was left on his own to show me how to use the device. He could not answer even simple questions. I had to make a second appointment just to try to find a mask to fit correctly. Don't try to order supplies. They are totally incompetent. It would take on average three calls for each order. There were never confirmations and often items were left out of the shipment. I have since moved to another supplier that is very professional. Unfortunately I am stuck with PS with a now recalled Phillips device until I can retire it. Today when I called about the recall the specialist just rudely said Phillips is handling that and was gone! I could not even get to say another word. Awful. Just awful.

Horrible customer service in regards to billing dept & management. Suddenly stopped receiving mailed invoices & rcvd collection call for past due balance owed in April. Requested a copy of invoice to be emailed on 3 diff occasions before I paid balance because amount they requested on phone wasn't the usual amount I had paid prior (it was nearly doubled). They never emailed a copy of my invoice. I finally in mid May rcvd a mailed hard copy and signed on to online portal and paid past due balance & the following month that wasn't due until mid June. Mid June I rcv a call that I owe a past due amount and had to explain to them it was already paid. Once the rep checked online her only response was "oops." I asked to speak to management and she hung up on me. Called back and was transferred to a voicemail & left message. Next day I rcvd ANOTHER collection call for "past due balance" that didn't exist and had to tell clerk to look up my account and to his surprise he saw that my account was paid in full as well. With no apology, no explanation and no offer of any solution to my questions as to why do they not check customer accounts prior to calling to ask for payment he transferred me back to the grievance voicemail when I specifically asked to speak with management again. Of course no answer & no call back!

Marginal customer service. Tech could barely be bothered to show me the basics of a new machine. Machine not good for me so MD ordered a different one--I never heard from them again so am limping along with the same machine.

I would like to share that Clara at Pulmonary Solutions was unhelpful, condescending and rude. My husband was recommended Pulmonary Solutions for his new CPAP machine- we were told his condition was severe and it should be delivered or ready in 11-14 days. Firstly, we received multiple robo calls from the company. When my husband attempted to answer they hung up. When he called the company they argued with him about not ever having called him and he was flagged as a difficult customer. When they did contact us a month later, we were told that we needed to pay 250$ up front and And 100$ a month thereafter. My husband and I have double insurance and I have a previous CPAP machine prescription with them. With the same double coverage of insurance, I never had to pay anything. I was understandably confused and asked for clarification. I asked her to contact the insurance company and she stated she had already done so and there was 1250$ deductible between both accounts- which is incorrect but was a canned response that was offered and repeated with no offer for problem solution. I then called the insurance company, had the insurance company assure us that they had spoken with pulmonary Solutions and we were 100% covered. They told us to call back to speak with her She stated it had to be in writing despite having received the phone call, she didn’t offer a method to procure this writing. She just again stated how much it would cost us.Clara never offered to make a phone call to verify our insurance information. She refused to let me speak with her manager when she was unable to offer ANY solution to our problem. We were told that we needed to pay 250$ for our CPAP machine and another 100$ a month. My husband and I have the means but will not be doing Buisness with this blatantly incompetent company. I urge you not to do so either. I have also received multiple robo calls from them and delayed receipt of supplies

I tried using the computer ordering system, which did not give any options other than repeating the last order. I exited the system and called customer service, to ask that they send me only the supplies I needed. I was told they would do so. Then the order came- all the stuff I asked not be sent. I called again to find out how to return the unwanted items, and get the correct tubing sent, and was told that I would be sent a mailing label to return the unordered items. A month later, no label and nearly daily calls from billing. I asked to speak to a supervisor, since I had never gotten the promised mailing label. The person said they would speak to the supply department. I called again and was again told that they would send me a label so I could make the return. I gave up and ordered the tubing from another company, and got it 5 days later. I called the general customer service number and left a detailed message, asking to speak to a supervisor. I got a call from an impertinent administrative assistant, who said I could not speak to a manager and " We have done nothing wrong," and that I should take the supplies to the office. Evidently it did not occur to her that had any of the previous 6 or 7 people I spoke to had told me that, we could have resolved the problem months earlier. Esperanza at the Freedom location was helpful and courteous. Unfortunately, the people I talked to over the phone were poorly trained and unwilling to pass me to someone who knew what they were talking about. I have moved my business elswhere.

Horrible customer service. You can't ever get through and when you finally do they are rude and act like you are inconveniencing them. I do not recommend them to anyone.

I've been a patient for 5-years, and has been my supplier of C-Pap materials ever since. I am extremely happy with their efficiency and professional care!! Recently, my sleep doctor recommended I have an Oximetry reading performed. This is to test the blood-oxygen levels. I was provided the necessary device very efficiently for the 'over-night' testing. They even included a pre-paid return label as well as simple to use instructions to use the device correctly. Words alone can not convey the feelings of confidence and thoroughness provided me all the time. I can only say that I feel very lucky and fortunate to be in their care.I'd like to compliment an individual, Ken who has helped me tremendously on this journey. I'm very happy with the results and look forward to seeing my 'sleep doctor' next week.

Pulmonary Solutions truly cares about their patients! First they coordinated with my doctor to get me just the right equipment which was shipped directly to my home. I was very anxious about using a device at night, but they had a respiratory therapist call me for a virtual visit and helped me get started. I love that they call to check in on my therapy. And when I had an issue with my bill they worked closely with my insurance to get it all sorted out. Thank you!

I have been a customer for my CPAP supplies for three years and have found their service and attention to detail to be much better than my local DME. Plus, I receive everything on my doorstep without having to go into any location. It couldn't easier! Highly recommend.

Friendly and highly educated staff. I witnessed first hand the staff going above and beyond to help their customers. I had an excellent experience and most definitely will be going back for all my durable medical equipment needs. I recommend this place.
