Unfortunately I had a pretty poor experience overall with this company. They did my taxes for 5 years and it was always some type of struggle or challenge every time. Primarily it's because they seem to be incredibly scattered in their communication. 90% of the times I contact them I either don't get a response or get a response "That isn't my dept., it's XYZ". Ok fine, but I don't work for your company so out of 15 people 1) How do I know your command chain and 2) If it's not your dept., why don't you just FORWARD THIS EMAIL to the appropriate person instead of wasting more time in the loop? Also, at a certain point I needed more of my documents done online and they simply don't have the setup to accommodate that, which for a modern day accountancy company is pretty unacceptable. Finally, in terms of the actual accounting, do NOT expect that this is a company that is going to work on your behalf to find ways to reduce your tax burden. They are STRICTLY number crunchers. There were SEVERAL times when it was incumbent on ME to ask the question, "Can xyz be implemented to reduce my taxes?" . At which time yes, the idea or method was often used but why is it up to ME, a non accountant, to always be the one to look out for those options? That's the JOB of a good accountant, and I shudder to think what taxes I've paid that I might not have needed to because I didn't know to ask the question that could have saved me money. Finally, after 5 years doing my taxes and ignoring half a dozen of my emailed questions, they sent me a 1 line email saying they would be unable to provide me services. That's it. No explanation, NOTHING. This was AFTER I had wasted a valuable week waiting for responses to several mundane, straightforward questions. There is ALWAYS some drama with this company that prevents them from responding in a timely manner. I don't mind that they fired me as a client because honestly it was just laziness and complacency that kept me with them for 5 years. I easily found someone much more competent, responsive and up to date with their systems as well as being pro-active about helping me with an aggressive tax savings strategy. I suggest you look elsewhere if any of the above appeals to you.

This firm does our business return which is quite complex. The staff is very responsive, they always return my emails and phone calls. In the past, I’ve had CPA’s that would never call me back, but they are on top of things. I appreciate how personable the staff is and they are always willing to go out of their way to help me with bookkeeping and tax issues

Patrick has done my taxes for more than a decade. He is great. His staff are great. I really appreciate all of them. I know if I have questions he is good at getting back to me. Everyone I have recommended him to has said they were happy with him.

Patrick has an amazing team of people at his firm. His staff has always been willing to help me no matter what problem I have. They are great with quickbooks online and help me understand my books and tax planning. I cannot recommend them enough. If you are looking for help with your business accounting, this is the place to go.

Wonderful company and people to work with. My returns a complicated - usually around 180 pages. This group consistently knows the answers to all of the questions and completes my returns in a timely professional manner. I couldn't be happier with them!
