I have sent 6 emails over the course of 3 weeks to both the sales team and the info team as well as separate messages on Facebook and Instagram about my order with no response from any of them. The issue regarding the order is currently still outstanding and so I am out $200. Extremely poor customer service.

I have been desperately trying to get in touch with them for a week to return a pair of shoes and there has been no response. I have left several voice mails and sent an email but still no reply. I am so disappointed because they have beautiful shoes!

i went there the other day and some lady told me i coulldnt buy high heels cuz im a man i later explained they were for my wife and she looked at me and said " this is why i hate your kind" she also kept disrespecting me i will no longer buy here.

I live in Klub Nico. I'm really hard on my shoes so I need something that can stand up to walking around a city while being comfortable AND cute for work/life and my klub Nico's do it all. I highly recommend to anyone looking for endless compliments on their shoes that will last you for years!

Love my Klub Nico shoes! I wear them all the time and get compliments everywhere I go. Great quality with unique designs for any occasion. If they don't have your size in the store they can order you a pair. Definitely my go to shoe store in Santa Cruz!

I got my first pair of Klub Nico shoes about six months ago. Since then, I have given them to my sister and niece because I love them so much. I have a pair of flats that I can wear with jeans or a cute mini skirt. The store is super sweet and Kelley has always been helpful in finding the right fit.

I love Klub Nico shoes, we are so lucky to have this boutique in our small town. You can always find beautiful shoes there. The staff is very friendly, when they don't have my size they order it in just for me. The shoes are beautifully made, comfortable and fashionable. The designer Kelley, really has an eye for the trends and what looks good on a woman's foot. You can also find her shoes in Nordstrom, Anthropology and online. If you haven't gone in, go check it out. It's right above Deluxe Fine Foods in the Deer Park Mall.

Amazing local shoe designer and the store os a local gem. Beautiful women's shoes. The store is located on the Deer Park mall and it is upstairs. The service is outstanding and the collection is amazing
