“I called first and the woman on the line was so helpful and so friendly. She wanted to double check that she gave me the right answer so she called me back a few minutes later after checking on whether or not I could pay my late registration and get my tags at AAA . So then I went into AAA within the hour and you were a little busy and understaffed at the moment according to a representative. They were so warm and friendly, and they said if I needed to run an errand--which I did--they would keep me in the queue. It took me longer to get back than I thought, and they had already passed up my name, and a new representative had arrived to help. The original representative let the new one know that I would be returning, and so she continued to keep me in the queue even though they had long passed my name apparently. When I finally returned, she let me know all this in a cheerful way, relieved that I returned, and got me right in to see someone and pay my registration. It was the easiest, friendliest, most assuring experience I've had with a customer service representative as long as I can recall! Thank you so much for being AAA. I am so grateful you exist, and for all that you provide. You and your wonderful representatives add so much value to this world and give so many people so much peace of mind at a time when things can feel very hard in life. People have the experience of being in very good hands with you., AAA, and they're right--they are. =)”
