“Popped in to grab a new couch and was really impressed. There's a solid selection of options to cater for almost anyone's taste. Also, the owner, Jackson, is a legend and was super helpful getting my order out with a pretty aggressive delivery timeline. Definitely recommend checking them out if you're on the hunt for a new couch or arm chair.

“I am a disabled 61 year old woman and I love to have an electric power recliner at all times to get my legs up especially when I'm off work. My old one went out and I called around town and found that Ramos furniture had the best prices locally. Maria is an excellent top quality salesperson who went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service! She was very patient and kind when I made my way slowly around the showrooms, letting me try any I thought would be in my budget. She showed me any I thought might work and helped make it happen when I fell in love with a Lazy boy that had powerlift and would be safer for me. I had mentioned I'd been through a recent surgery and she wanted to make sure I found one that would fit my price range but also be safe and not hurt me. I cannot ever thank her enough for her patience and wisdom in helping with my section. I have had to call her with several questions and she's been there and come right to the phone each time for me! All I can say in closing is Thank You Maria and Ramos furniture for being the kind that goes above and beyond to help get you the right furniture for your budget and your needs!”

“Great store with tons of options! This location has quite a lot of furniture and lighting, and they're all very well priced and seem to be good quality. On top of the furniture, they have a ton of fun foods and drinks at the back, mostly all imported from around the world. It's a great option to get something that you've never tried before, had once on vacation and have been craving since, or just for your fix of goodies. The staff are friendly, and the store is well maintained.”

“Such a cute & whimsical store right into the heart of downtown Santa Cruz! From the outside in, the store looks like it'd sell furniture and antiques only for the serious (read: wealthy) collector. However, the store also has tucked away some delightful finds that are easier on the budget, from beautiful Japanese ceramic dishes to bunny shaped soap to dainty modern jewelry. If you're looking for a uniquely beautiful gift, this is the place to go!”
“I commissioned a large 7'x9' custom cabinet and wall display panels by JOHI, which they designed and built for my new retail location. What a seamless experience! From finding them, to discussing the idea, the proposal, the build-out and installation... all was so smooth and easy. I had so many other stresses on my plate, that not having to worry about how this was going to go was so relieving. Their communication happened at all the right moments. They kept to a strict schedule and stayed on budget. I highly recommend them for any type of custom design/build needs!”
“I have known redo for a good 5 years. They are the best furniture store in the Bay Area in my opinion. So many cool places have left, but they are still here! They do have consignment: interesting one of a kind furniture pieces, rugs, lighting and art, but also new upholstery and tables. The owners have impeccable taste and the store, although small and eclectic, is an inspiration. The style is contemporary classy, but hip, where vintage meets modern. I drive down from the Berkeley area and it is always worth it. The only problem is that it is hard to choose among such a wonderful selection of items at times. But that's a good problem to have.”
“Where do I begin here? There are so many boxes that this place checks not to mention I don’t have to venture very far to go there. That being said even if I lived in Los Gatos or Campbell I would travel over 17 just to shop at this store. This place has inventory and amazing and varied inventory at that. The aesthetic of the furniture is what I would describe as relaxed sophistication with a modern vibe. Not shopping for furniture? That’s fine, there are many other items such as table and glass ware, candles, beautiful seasonal wreaths, coffee table books, etc to choose from. I love that they carry the locally made Annie Glass and from the Carmel Ceramica as well. Everyone who works here is lovely, engaging, and hospitable-they are content to help you find the right gift or whatever you need!”

“I always enjoy doing business with local brick and mortar companies. Chris is a friendly guy. His salesperson, Gabrielle, was very helpful. I purchased an extra firm queen mattress at a good agreed to price, to my liking and Chris offered to deliver it that same afternoon at 5 PM. WOW!! Just what I wanted. Since he was working alone I offered to meet him at the house to carry the mattress up the staircase to the second floor bedroom. When I arrived, I was impressed that he had already delivered the mattress and removed the old twin on his own. Unfortunately, in the process the mattress caught on the landing molding, lifting it off. The oak trim was ripped away from the landing molding by the precarious, heavy queen mattress edges as Chris carried it by himself on the way up the stairs. This required me to do two separate repair jobs as a result of the damage. I was disappointed that he wasn't willing to wait a few minutes for me to give him hand and prevent this damage to the house. While I appreciate his willingness, it may have been overconfident/exuberant. Otherwise, it was a completely satisfactory business purchase interaction and we are pleased with the mattress. I would recommend this business. This is the fourth mattress we have purchased from Chris.”

“I don't usually like shopping much less shopping at the capitola Mall but, I do appreciate shopping One stop shop at Target as I would say quote unquote tarjay! It seems to me that Santa Cruz really did not want to have Target in our county and I understand why with all the reputation from Walmart and I know we won't let Walmart in and I don't think we ever will there's not enough room and they're trying to make more parking spaces everywhere on this freaking county line so I'm a full native born and raised Santa Cruz in West side that's right and don't you ever forget it! So capitola Mall is crap at all to us! Try to tell yourselves at Christmas time I have enough I have enough chant it I have enough I have enough! Then see what you really need probably find it Target!”

It has been a great addition to the Scott’s Valley area. The help is great , and the pharmacy is very helpful . The staff is great.
The confusion at first was which pharmacy were our Perscriptions at since there is 2 across the street from each other.
