CrossFit Aptos is welcoming, inclusive, friendly, inspiring, motivating, and FUN! The coaches are great! I've been coming 5 days a weeks for almost a year! I look forward to the workout every day!

I really enjoy the family atmosphere at CFA. They do a great job of finding the right mix of pushing you to be better but not getting you hurt. There's a wide variety of people and they offer workouts for all ages/levels of fitness. I highly recommend.
