The service is excellent. Friendly staff makes shopping fun. Stock quality brands and have new things every time I visit. Prices are very reasonable. .

? Cinnamon Bay Clothing had washable silk clothing that my wife loved and I got for her, as well a a purse that my brother-in-law bought for his girlfriend. Plus, the lady helping them was informative and a kind cheerful person.? Thank you so much for assisting our women in finding their preferences!

Be aware when trying to get credit. I tried to return couple of items and after a half hour I was sent away to get the original receipt as a guest receipt was not acceptable. Unbelievable!!!!’

I love how attentive the person helping me was. The boutique has women's, men's and children's clothing. Cute resort wear.

If I could put negative stars I would. The tall white lady harassed me for speaking Spanish in her store then continued to follow and accuse me of trying to steal. Do not go to this store if you are of color, you will be racially profiled.

my friends and i were harassed by this woman for being people of color. she swore up and down that my friends and i had stolen from her shop. we were racially profiled by her and followed around. she made a show on being on the phone with the police and have them descriptions of what my friends and i were wearing. do not shop here unless u love racists. the video of her harassing us can be seen on the instagram below.

My friends and I were racially profiled when we went into this store. The woman at the counter accused us of stealing from her before, which did NOT happen considering we have never been in this store before. She hounded us AFTER we left the store and called the police on us. When we confronted her about it- she seemed surprised and insistent that we have stolen from her before? Why is that? Because we spoke spanish in her store? She saw a bunch of latino people speaking a language other than English and the first thought on her head was that we were stealing from her? The stuff inside of the store is ugly and overpriced. Racist establishment with racist employees. There is a video of the encounter on my Facebook page, and in it you can clearly see this woman's face and the way she spoke to us like we stole from her. Criminalizing us for being brown. DO BETTER!

Don't attend this store, they have racist staff who racially profile people. Be careful with buying for this store who likes to discriminate.

The tall thin female worker is racist and followed my friends around OUTSIDE the store and called the "cops" and was harassing us. She took time to describe what we were wearing to the "police". All just because my friends were speaking Spanish in her store. She racially profiled us and thought we stole just because we were speaking in another language. Also I have the video on Facebook if anyone wants to watch it

I rarely write a review but in this case I knew I had to. I found one of my favorite tops ever at this store and the prices are so reasonable. I know that if I had seen this top elsewhere the price would have been higher. I am a seasoned shopper and I look for stores that have a wide selection of merchandise, affordable prices, and friendly and helpful salespeople. Cinnamon Bay has all of this! If you are in the area and want a very positive shopping experience, get yourself to Cinnamon Bay.........

I was staying at the Seascape Resort and found this fabulous boutique across the street called Cinnamon Bay. They had the cutest outfits, accessories and these wonderful lotions and beauty products (sunscreen, lip balm, fragrance, etc.) that were all natural. The service was so friendly, not pushy, and everyone there (customers and employees) all seemed like one big happy family. Very cool place for women's clothing and accessories. I wanted to buy everything in the store, but walked away with some fabulous jewelry, outfits, and lotions!

While the gals running, and I assume, owning this place are cool, they also crave the resort sort that know nothing about fashion. I knew I had seen the sweater they pushed for $26.....and they sold it to me for $60...stupid. do your homework before paying these over over over mark up prices.
