Byron has been excellent in facilitating 3 real estate transactions over the last 10 years. The first two were seamless! A well executed purchase and a purchase contingent on sale that could not have gone any better.It wasn’t until our third transaction when there were some bumps in the road that I truly understood how experienced, networked and valuable Byron Rifkind is.To say Byron responds quickly is only half the story, he is proactive and plans for all eventualities.Simply put he knows how to handle situations before they are even apparent to others.

Byron is everything that you could ask for in a Realtor. My wife and I had been trying to buy a home in Santa Cruz County for years, but kept having our (over asking price) offers passed over by sellers. After meeting Byron at an open house I was very impressed with his enthusiasm, passion and deep knowledge about the local market and home construction. Byron immediately knew what we were looking for and didn’t waste our time with listings that we wouldn’t be interested in. He also employed outside of the box thinking and strategies that the realtors we had worked with in the past weren’t using. In the end, Byron was able to find us our dream house in Aptos! My only regret is that I wish that we had started working with Byron earlier.
